I really don't have much negative to say. My only issue was the dark out shades in the room did not fully close together and my room was east facing. So I was awoken as soon as the sun began to rise. I was hoping to enjoy a little more rest as I was in town for a friendly celebration and was hoping I could fully embrace the opportunity to relax.

I truly loved the cleanliness of the bathroom. The both when I checked in and out were very friendly. My partner and I slept comfortably.

The price quoted by booking.com was not charged. My final bill included an additional night which was removed once I noticed it, however, the final charge still did not reflect my quote from booking. I have tried to email and contact this location through the app which has not been remedied. This was disappointing!

Could have had a microwave. The one thing that made it a little difficult was the smell in the hallways. I'm not sure if it was the cleaner but it smelled musty. I have asthma and rarely do I use my inhaler but I had to use it during my stay.

The staff was perfect. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and clean.

When customer ask for room service they should get it and not come back and room was not cleaned after being gone all day. But management did give us a discount off the room rate. Other then that it was great accommodations

Bathtub didn't drain. Obviously, if the tub had been cleaned, they would have known. Coffee maker had last customers left over coffee. Facilities were run down. There are no pictures on the walls. Dirty place.

My room was in awing of the building where meetings take place. There was a big Christmas party in the room across the hall and was very noisy. Although the party broke up by 9:00, maybe not putting a guest in that wing would have been a good idea.

Breakfast was the only thing that didn’t quite match up to all the other excellent areas. Had run out of some of the main foods (no bacon and all but very small amount of eggs) even though was not even 8:30 am.
