Thought that the price was high for the quality of the hotel/facility offerings. The shower water didn't get as hot as I prefer.

The bed was comfortable and clean, good selection of tv channels, ample outlets for charging, was quiet.

There really was mo dislike. However, while everything was clean and well-maintained, the bathroom tub was well worn.

Gave us 2 rooms near each other as requested. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Clean and well cared for. Staff was nice.

The only thing we did not like was during our four night stay our room was not ever cleaned and we post the sign on the door to have cleaned while we were out visiting family. We had to get toilet paper and towels from the front desk twice.

The location and staff were excellent. Breakfast and 24 hour coffee were a plus. We will stay again next time we visit.

Had it been hot the stay would have been hot and uncomfortable. The HVAC system in our room cooled, but the fan didn't work. There were MANY pillows on the bed, but they were all the same, overstuffed. Great for lounging, not so great for sleeping.

Continental breakfast was disappointing. Pancake machine wasn’t working, only one choice of bread for for toast, no plain oatmeal, no regular milk, etc…Also, stains on sheets on bed. I think the sheets were fresh but didn’t look good. I slept on the other side.

Close to where I wanted go and staff was helpful and friendly. Also, I actually had hot water for my shower.

There was no daily room service. When I arrived, the furniture was dusty. No one cleaned my room for the 7 nights that I was there. They asked if I needed towels and emptied the waste baskets twice. I had to get my own towels.

My husband thought the room was a little small. He has back trouble and can’t always sleep in bed so likes rooms that have an easy chair. We didn’t ask for that, however. The bathroom seemed very small.

We appreciated a ground floor room. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast pizza was good. The entrance was inviting with well tended flower planters. 😊

The bathroom could be updated the tub it was peeling the paint off . Also the water doesn’t stay hot long

It wasn’t really the property fault but there was people stumping n the hall way at night and slamming door n the room could been more cleaner there was dust on things the bath tub look like hasn’t been clean we found garbage along the bed on floor other then that was good stay

Housekeeping is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Did not fit our schedule. We asked for housekeeping upon arrival and was told we'd have to ask the housekeeping people in the morning. Sad that the desk could not make that request for us so we just took care of ourselves.

Breakfast was eggs, self-made waffles, toast options, yogurt, biscuits and gravy one day, apples, bananas, etc. Happy Hour on Wednesday with fruit, cheese, chips, hot dogs, etc. when we arrived. Don't know the frequency. Supposedly there were cookies available 24-7, unless I misunderstood., as when they were gone, they did not replenish. Nice, if you are lucky enough to be there when they're available. Facilities pretty basic, whet you'd expect from a chain.

our room had a musty, stale smell throughout our stay, felt like it was a smoking room before. the receptionist did send someone to spray it once I complained but then it was just heavily deodorized and still smelly underneath. I had to keep my window open the entire time plus use febreeze to make it bearable. there was no room cleaning for the two nights we stayed there which was disappointing. the hotel has a policy of only cleaning every other day - not sure.

location very convenient, less than 10 minutes from downtown Muscatine and only 5 minutes from the golf course where we had our events. breakfast was good, but I wish it started earlier like at 6am to give us enough time to eat before our activities. the 7 am breakfast time is too late.

This hotel is extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and always have smiles. We had to stay an extra night and the clerk did a great job helping us to stay in the same room.

The bathroom in the room I stayed in was in very much need of a remodel. There appeared to be a hole in the tub, so for that reason I did not use it.

Hands down the staff at this location was the best. They went well above and beyond what was expected for the price point. I had never stayed at this chain before and was not very much at ease doing so until I meet the staff.
