TV in room was crooked. We had to prop with ice bucket to level it. Breakfast area seating was worn and needed updated. Check out was noon but hotel staff started knocking on our door at 9am waking us up to see if we were still in the room after we had a late check in the night before.

Minor complaint regarding lobby needs updated

This hotel is in a great location, right off the highway. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels and washcloths were nice and thick. The breakfast buffet was your typical free breakfast offered at most hotels. The only complaint I have would be the lobby/bkfst area needs updated. Booths and chairs needed reupholstered. Other than that, I would stay here again. I got a decent price for my stay.

My friend slipped and fell in the bathtub with the jacuzzi. Tub needs non-slip strips or something.

This was a very busy weekend and the property was sold out. I booked through a 3rd party so I had free cancellation up until Nov 2 but The property charged for the room weeks in advance without notification that they were going to do that. I had issues with an extra charge on my CC and the GM was very unprofessional and would not return any of my phone calls even though I left several messages with 4 different front desk staff. I had to elevate the situation all the way up to the corporate office to resolve it, and it took weeks to get my money back. Front Desk staff Rose and Mechell were very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible but they could only do so much.

1) There were not a lot of variations in the hot breakfast. 2) It would have been good to have an ice machine on all floors. 3) The elevator seemed old and outdated.

The accommodations overall were very comfortable. The size of the room was great, the bathrooms were very clean. The staff was AMAZING....they answered all questions and provided awesome service! Even though it was SC State's Homecoming weekend, the hotel was relatively quiet and not "rowdy!" I love this location and this hotel.

No pets allowed, that's a bummer. The room had a weird smell, like humidity, seems like they tried to clean the carpet but it didn't dry fully, so the floor was a bit moist. A/C was old and loud, but functional.

The location is great, close to the convention center, restaurants, and gas stations. Staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms clean. The best part tho was the breakfast!!, delicious. Will stay again def.

The hotel itself, although clean, is tired and furnishings are wearing down. (e.g. chair seat covers are deteriorating and torn and some metal hinges and towel racks were rusting, probably due to the excessive cleaning chemicals during COVID-19). Also the alcohol hand sanitizer dispensers were either empty or battery dead. Simple to replace, I would think.

The staff are kind and friendly. The location is good. The hotel itself, the bed, room were clean. The breakfast was self serve, and adequate in quantity. Coffee good.
