Breakfast I would of liked bacon and sausage instead on Canadian bacon and Turkey sausage.

They had a birthday party going on and the front desk person said we should put you on the 3rd floor away from the party. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, employees and location.

The bed was hard to sleep on. My wife and I tossed and turned all night trying to relieve the stress on our bodies. The toilet tissue was single ply and not very absorbent. We suggest Sam's Club Members Mark tissue which is relatively inexpensive but soft and absorbent for its intended purpose.

It was close enough to family who live in Thayne. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed in this location before and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. During our stay we watched the staff prepare a dance routine to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of the management company which was fun to watch. We even made some suggestions. It so happened that the room type we requested was no longer available when we checked in so we were given a free upgrade to a King Suite. This was a good room with a "living" area with nice amenities. We did not take advantage of the two televisions, but thought it a nice touch.

Liked everything.

Very nice and clean. Great indoor pool and hot tube with view on the mountains. Good fitness center. Very helpful staff, I needed to print and they fixed the printing machine, I needed something else and the help was there. Big breakfast area. Light and bright place, we loved the minute we stepped into the hotel. Nice and quiet too. Beautiful view on the mountains.

Our TV was broken and we had to go ask for more TP even though our room has been cleaned that day? They just didn’t leave us with more, it was kind of weird.

My booking.com reservation confirmation indicated the stay would cost $468.66 inclusive of Breakfast and Internet was FREE. At check out the hotel charged me $496.08. I did not know of anything that we could be charged extra for. When I asked the front-desk person, she said it was for the Enhanced Internet @ $5 per day and "Perhaps" a deposit (she was not sure) which would "probably" get refunded. And just to clarify the Internet was basic 'unsecured' slow internet. So I do not know what exactly was enhanced about the same. Seeing that the internet was unsecured, I did not dare login any device, and my wife just used her phone to share few vacation pictures. Anyways first time in ages, other than on board flights and cruises, saw a charge for Internet in a hotel that too Marriott. UPDATE Internet charge has been refunded on request. The management clarified that the balance difference is due to Taxes being charged by Hotel @11% as against Booking.com computing the same at 7%. I hope booking.com will resolve the matter with the Hotel and refund me the difference, as it is booking.com's error in providing me incorrect information and quote.

The property is good and so is the Breakfast. Staff are friendly enough.
