We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesOur first night the power went out for a few hours. It did come back on but then the elevator did not work and much of the breakfast was not available. I found something on the sheet on our bed and called for a new one.
We went for NASCAR race and it was close to the track. Shower was good.

United StatesThe shower had low water pressure. The pool area didn’t have working lights to light the room. We swam at night with our 3 year old with only a color changing light within the pool. We were happy that he was able to swim but really it wasn’t too safe. The front desk personnel shared that an electrician had been in to work on the situation. There was no ice in the building due to ice machines being out of ice. Teams were filling coolers and there was not any left for us to use personally.
The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and updated with a modern look. The hot breakfast was good! The smart TV was nice. We were able to use our Netflix account.

United StatesOur room did not have hot water. We reported an still didnt have hot water until we checked out. Next the mattress to the let out bed was extremely worn with no comfort. Hotel front desk worker said she would bring blankets to help make bed more comfortable but she never showed.
The appearance and cleanliness and even the fresh smell. The suit was nice but small. I wish there was a way to divide the room.

United StatesWhile the room was very nice overall, we didn't have hot water in the sink. When I told the staff, they said they would check into it. Not the worst problem, except when washing my face with cold water before bed. The shower controls were odd and difficult to figure out (others in our group commented on that). Once we figured it out, the shower was nice, though. The couch was SO uncomfortable. I realize it's a pull out bed, but not very comfy to sit on. One of our group saw a cockroach in their room and when they told the staff, the response was that they would make note of it.
The location was perfect for us! The bed was very comfortable (wonderful sleep!!) and the room was a comfortable size. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety. Unfortunately, there were no plates and we had to use bowls (a staff member told us they didn't deliver supplies until Monday).

United Statesin general, location was great ….convenient to restaurants and sports venues for kids activities.. employees were very welcoming. very quiet even on first floor near breakfast area. The bathroom was terrific…large walk-in glass shower. so tired of those tubs you have to climb into! Breakfast was not great…no eggs and only corn dogs or sausage sandwich. Dried cereals. coffee was very good. I understand this is because of Covid but my daughter stayed at Hampton and they had eggs. great place to stay and would go there again.

United StatesI had the room booked at Fairfield Inn in Shawnee KS. Upon arrival, was given room key, didn't work, then was gold they are booked up that I need to go next door to Comfort Suites. I did, room wasn't nearly as nice, just not as clean, but acceptable. Then couldn't use the treadmill, so asked if I could use it at Fairfield, front desk said yes, but of course my key didn't work, so they had to let me in. Then upon check out at the front desk at Comfort Suites to try and get my receipt it took about 15 minutes because I didn't show there so I had to go back over to Fairfield Inn to get my receipt. Not a big hassle, but frustrating after a long day of travel.

United StatesThe doors on our room didn't lock correctly. AC and heater didn't work to good. Soaps in shower were not filled. (Had to get out and buy some) usually all Fairfeilds I have been to have those. Soap scum on walls. I chose this Fairfeild thinking it'd be similar to all the others I've stayed in. Was told the pool is open from 10am to 10pm. (Another reason I chose the Fairfield for kids to swim) went down around 7pm n was locked out of the pool. Asked if we could get in, n was told it's closed, no reason as to why. Disappointing. Breakfast was a joke. Eggs were gray. No milk for the cereal. No toast but they had jellies. They had bagels but no PB or cream cheese for those, coffees were empty. The worst Fairfeild I've been to in all honesty.
