Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe pool was super small but because no one else was there swimming it was fine for 4 people. The breakfast was ok. Needs a nice waffle making station and breakfast meats.
It was clean, had very nice bedding, pillows and comfortable beds. Everyone was super nice from the clerk who checked us in to the breakfast attendants.

United StatesThere is a sign in the front that states, no animals unless they are service animals. There were plenty of dogs in the hotel that were just pets, not service animals.
The staff was great! The room was what I expected. Breakfast bar was pretty good as well. Overall, a good stay at this hotel. We would stay here again.

Dissapointed in Breakfast. I was told there was a full breakfast bar. Went down to eat and had Oatmeal and Coffee OJ. The family really wanted sausage and eggs and bacon. There was even a photo of sausage on the counter where the breakfast bar is. A Jimmy Dean Biscuit and premade Sausage is not a full Breakfast.

We stayed only one night because we were driving back to home..the front desk guy was so nice .the ladies working the next morning also..I saw one of the ladies cleaning often the breakfast areas. We Stayed in the 3rd floor..our room was clean something that we really appreciate it even more because we travel with a little child.

United StatesBathroom could of used more attention when it comes to cleanliness. No immediate refund of deposit like most hotels do. Not enough of selection of breakfast.
Could of been more options to choose from Most like biscuits n gravy and I traveled across the street for that. Also their website shows their snack and refrigerator stocked and that was not the case either. Also not sure when they give deposits back but i still have not received mine as they stated when I checked out.

United Stateswoken up from a dead sleep at just shy of 8:00 by the fire alarm. after jumping out of bed, gathering my essential belongings and running out of the hotel like an idiot, only to find out that it was a false alarm. apparently. and I say apparently because as of today, not one employee of the hotel said anything to us about it. never informed of a fire, never informed of a false alarm, just a blaring fire alarm, for about 45 minutes, and when I got downstairs when leaving, employees are in the lobby laughing and joking around and never said a word to anyone about the alarm. terrible way to wake up on my only day off. at this point, I was so pissed off, I went back to my room, for the rest of my stuff and left for home. All it would have taken, was some communication.

United StatesTv remote was barely working, made watching tv almost impossible. Shampoo container n conditioner containers in the shower were empty. Appear to be getting double billed for the room, waiting to see if the one of the charges gets fixed, front desk was unhelpful when I discussed the double charge.

United StatesThe pool was small, food still in the floor from previous occupants and they discriminate against locals. They will not rent to locals. They will turn away a paying customer because of their address. If you stay in London, Ky I recommend Country Inn and Suites.
