The room was a bit noisy as the windows were not double glass and the main road close to the hotel was busy. For light sleepers this can be bothersome.

The hotel had amazing accommodation. The room was very clean and check in process was smooth. The location is very convenient if you plan on staying outside of Manhattan as the bus stop was only a couple of minutes away. The bus would run hourly and stopped in Times Square. The commute is not bad at all but it does require some time to get to and from Manhattan. They offered a nice breakfast but there is not much variety. The menu would repeat every other day but it was tasty nonetheless.

Its very far out of Manhattan and we were unaware we needed to catch an extra bus at an extra cost.

For breakfast buffet , there is no drinking water available . We have to go into the gym to take water from the dispenser . I found that very strange ! Also , the gym has a weird smell so it’s probably not ventilated well .

I find the breakfast options a bit too sweet for European tastes. A more varied selection might be beneficial here. Normally, I love egg dishes, but I couldn't quite enjoy the powdered eggs. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and I'm aware that we in Austria tend to have a bit of a different breakfast. ;)

We had a wonderful stay! The room exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable and above all very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Front desk staff when we checked in did not tell us anything. Everything we learned about breakfast times, ice machine etc we had to figure out ourselves. The wheels on the luggage cart were broken making it very hard to steer. I told that same young man about that when I returned the cart. I needed to use a cart 1/2 hour later and found the same cart in service again. Dissatisfied with this clerk. Second day we asked the desk clerk for info on taking a bus to Times Square and a the clerk on dart then was very helpful, even writing down information to make sure we had things clear.

The bus going back in the evening is infrequent. There are a few more routes nearby but you have to comfortable with figuring out public transport or reckon with $50 taxi/Uber fare.

A practical, no-frills clean hotel with reasonable rates and free parking, at a half hour bus ride from NY midtown. Gym and free breakfast, with actual eggs and toast and pancakes, included. We had a room big enough for four with space to move around. The area seemed safe overall.

I would say that the carpets in the hallways could use some cleaning and I would lastly say that I would’ve loved to enjoyed a few more channels on the television.

I actually have severe allergies and so I let them know that before my arrival, and they made sure that the room was as clean as possible. I love the size of my room. I also appreciated the cleaning staff in the morning. I like that you guys allow for us to tip them with a QR code. The morning breakfast is OK. I appreciate that they keep the area clean. Your staff was mostly friendly. I think the location is pretty weird but it doesn’t matter if your driver knows where they’re going. You guys have a gym that offers oxygenated water and so that is a plus for this hotel.
