Wi-fi was not great. That was the only negative was that the wifi seemed a bit slow, which is an issue for people like me that need to do a lot of online work or streaming.

The Fairfield Inn in Kissimmee provided a comfortable and convenient stay for my recent business trip. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant night's rest. One of the standout features was the complimentary breakfast. They offered a good variety of hot and cold items, making it easy to start the day off right without having to go elsewhere for food. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near a Publix supermarket. This was a major plus, as I could easily pop over to Publix to grab anything I needed during my stay.

Only negative point, the breakfast. Don't expect to much.

There were no Bad surprises. The room was clean and quiet. Good size and comfy. Staff were nice. Considering the price, it is clearly worth for money.

Pull out couch bed was awful. booked that room because had no double rooms. Location was not good right next to a very busy Golden Corral.

A/C unit in the room leaked and condensation soaked the carpet around the unit and one of the beds throughout our 9 day stay. We also had an issue with ants as we noticed on the first day of arrival. Staff was notified and the room was fumigate next day.

Staff went above and beyond to assist us with the phone mount. However, staff had missed understood us. Thus, the phone mount was almost useless. I had to use rubber bands to secure my phone to the phone mount. This costed me about $42 dollar. Now the phone mount is in the stage that I can't return or exchange it.

Staffs were willing to assist customer. It was beyond our expectation. Staffs had offered different room while fixing smoke detector. We were really appreciated.

I liked the location close to everything. The staff were great. I would have loved to see the breakfast hours extended by atleast another 1/2 hour. I felt like I was rushed to get down for breakfast.

The room smelled so bad, like mold- musty, probably because the room doesn’t get sun in the entire day… or something happened to the carpet and it didn’t dry well (yes, there is carpet- it is not my preference at all) The breakfast is skinny, not too many options, not much fruits (only banana), not ham and cheese, somedays there was some scrambled eggs, not options for allergy conditions as lactose free or gluten free. The pillows need an upgrade. No housekeeping during our stay.

I did like the location! 10 min away from Disney World and most other parks. Also, the buffet restaurant at the front was tasty (this is not part of the hotel). Additionally, everything was clean and the beds very comfy. The staff is super friendly and the check-in was fast, the same as the check-out!

Could have a better breakfast. Also, unless you ask, they won’t have housekeeping clean your room. We stayed there 5 nights.

Location to all Disney parks was extremely close. 7-8min, no traffic. Next to I4. Also, location is surrounded by restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, gas stations, pretty much all you will ever need. We were very happy with the location.
