    The fitness center needs wet wipes to wipe down machines, users are used to doing that after using a machine, there were some kind of wipes but they were dry. It is needed in all fitness centers. Elevator was extremely slow.

    The breakfast needs some work, not enough food, had to wait for more food & coffee some days, more options maybe, juice machine was down 1 day, more staff needed to clean tables.

    The room was missing washcloths and hand towels. The trays that hold the ice bucket and mini shampoos on the bathroom counter were very dirty. The coffee pot looked like it had sat outside and the the whole coffee pot area was dirty. No kleenex. When I mentioned all this at checkout, the staff member didn't offer any discount or apology, just kinda nodded.

    I have a dairy allergy, so I wasn't able to eat much. I had the oatmeal. It was a bit watery, but otherwise fine.

    We were very disappointed having no breakfast on Sunday August 21st. We were told the staff called off and we did not even have a cup of coffee. No one was able to come in to fill in. This should never happen at s Marriott Hotel. I do not know why the manager was not in we were told.👎

    The soap wouldn't come out of the little tube unless you left it open on the counter🙁

    Perhaps improve the breakfast.

    We stay there last year and we were disappointed. but they rebounded nicely. It was clean ,the staff was friendly and efficient, and they had a breakfast. not as good as prepandemic, but they had one.

    Housekeeping service was so bad; No one will come to clean your room unless you ask at the front desk 2 or 3 times. Poor breakfast.

    Issues with the room. No housekeeping. Television and cable didn't work during our stay. The General manager (Mr Venil) was completely dismissive. It's completely not the attitude I would expect from the Marriott brand. I was very disappointed with his lack of response!

    We had no clean towels of any sort, the room wasn’t even swept, we had trash from the people before us, over all just needs to be cleaned!

    The front desk worker was not helpful at all. Upon checking in, didn't even tell us room number nor where elevator was. There was an issue in the city, which isn't the hotel's fault I understand but when you are not from the state, he should make you aware. I overheard him telling the next customer to not use the water to brush your teeth as a pipe had broke. He never even mentioned it to us. Also when going to our room it was propped open by the deadbolt, when I went to tell him he didn't even care and said it was clean and to just push down on the door handle to fix it. That is not appropriate. He should have been willing to come check, but the maintenance man who was there working on the water after I said I wasn't comfortable said he would. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, and in the bath. Not clean!

    I’m problem Have double charge for one day I had my resverastion on Pay online when I went they ask for my card the next day I had double charge I call by phone and no answer for my money I am angry I wait to be resolve right now

    The first night it took30 minutes to check in. The main desk worker lied to us about the ability to check us in instead of stating he was having a problem. The room was HOT! We could not adjust the thermostat. And the refrigerator was not working. The next morning, after having DRY English muffins, we talked to the front desk worker about our issues. She said she would be up to check on the thermostat and put in a maintenance order for the refrigerator. After an hour, no one was up so we left and came back 7 hours later to no working fridge and a HOT room. Thank goodness for a worker who actually helped! I wish I knew his name, but he had a cross on his earring. He upgraded our second night to an executive suite with wonderful temperature and a working fridge. It will be a long time or never that we will be back to that establishment.

    Staff at front desk - on call to make changes was rude - quite sarcastic in tone. When checking in got there 30 minutes early and would not check us in till 4pm even after giving Marriott preferred customer acct number.

    Pool was broken. Judging by the sign it's been broken for awhile when i said something the girl behind the desk condescendingly said "its on the website" i didnt book on your website so how about you fix your pool. No breakfast in the morning because their "breakfast guy" didn't show up.

    gun shells in parking lot. small stains on sheets. no towels in room. when went to desk to ask for them took awhile to get 2 sets and was still short a wash cloth. next day used app messenger to ask for washcloths and waited 2 hrs still nothing so I called the front desk and the finally brought them up. pink mold in shower.
