The smoke alarm went off in our room and it took a long time for them to get it shut off. Several other guests called and asked them to get it taken care of.

We hated the valet parking, no one knows why it is necessary. It is very inconvenient and extremely expensive ($29/night). Would understand paying for beach parking, but for the guest who stay there they should NOT charge such a high rate. We stayed 7 nights, so it was very expensive.

- They had a good variety of hot breakfast, every day something different. (breakfast sandwiches, scrambled egg, thin bacon, sausage patty, boiled egg, waffle, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, juice, coffee, cereals, granola, bagel, English muffin etc.) - The beach was about 5 min walk, the Clearwater beach center was about 20 min walk, but you could ask the valet parking guys for a golf cart ride. - The room was quiet, spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable. - There are several restaurants nearby. - There is a jetski rental place next to the hotel

How expensive parking was at the hotel, mattress had pee on it but they changed it out and it was fine, coffee was terrible but free, no hot tub.

Close to the beach but had a free shuttle that took you to the beach daily, continental breakfast, walking distance to the strip but far enough away that it was quiet, walking distance to a restaurant, comfy rooms, warm pool.

Didn't like spending $500 to say one night in a hotel. I know location is on the beach. I understand parking is Very limited. But at times I left out of there. I'm a little over 500 bucks for one night. I have a good. Income but That just doesn't facilitate for me.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and clean. The staff was great. The food I'll give it a 6 or 7. Location is good. Golf cart, travel back-and-forth into town was great.

Could've used real eggs and the sausage should've been fried as it's appearance and texture was off putting. I heard conversations about it at other tables as well.

It always stinks when you have to pay for parking but it’s understandable..

All of the staff was very friendly. This property was within walking distance to all of the beach, shops and restaurants and they even had a shuttle that traveled a 1/2 mile at no charge (except tipping your driver). I was also happy with the breakfast options!

Breakfast mediocre quality (limited selection, powdered eggs, orange juice either too concentrated or too diluted depending on when you access the dispenser, paper plates, plastic cutlery, very slow toaster, crowded breakfast room); also, hotel takes a $50/day deposit for “incidentals” upon check-in which it only refunds five days after you leave — amounting to a free loan from you to the hotel; requested 1 hour and 45 minutes late checkout but could only get one hour. All small things, but they add up.

Paying to park. Just charge a higher rate and stop charging for everything. Not only that but you tip to get the car and tip again when you come back. I understand this is just another way hotels make money, but it felt like you were always in my pocket.

The view was excellent and close to everything. The staff was very very courteous and the breakfast with the fresh eggs was great.the gentleman on Saturday, Sunday and Monday behind the front desk at night was great

Would have liked to see healthier breakfast options, eggs were loaded with salt, warm hard boiled eggs rather than cold. Pool deck small, crowded when more than 3 couples outside. Pool towels were frequently not restocked.

Clean modern facilities. Updated decor, friendly staff. Decent gym equipment. Free fast shuttle close to town was GREAT!
