The bathroom sink wouldn't hold water that was a little aggravating

A granddaughter got sick I had to take her to the emergency at about 5:00 in the morning so I did not get a chance to check any of that out

This is a freezing cold hotel. AC was blowing constantly in my room despite my changing it to the heat setting. I had to raise the temp to 78 degrees to get the warm air flowing. It even switched back to the AC setting in the middle of the night and I had to get up and change it to heat. Room 106. We also spent a good amount of time in the lobby visiting with family and it too was a cold place to sit.

Staff was really accommodating.

I was really disappointed on the mattresses in our room they were very uncomfortable each side was slanted to the sides and we had 2 TV but we couldn't control then separately

Pool for kids is Really SMALL. And Big shower with no pressure.

The front desk lady at check in was soooo nice. The beds were comfy. It was quite. It had a lot of great places around us. Easy to get to highway. Air conditioning was nice and cold. BIG BATHROOM.

The breakfast was not that good and they don’t have waffles. They said kids were dropping syrup on the floor so they stopped having it. My two sons only eat waffles or pancakes so I had to buy them breakfast out. Other than the breakfast being limited and having no waffles the overall stay was great. I world stay there again if I am ever in the area. I’ll just bring them some frozen pancakes. Lol.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and fees were refunded at the end of the hotel visit. However, I was agitated and highly disappointed at the beginning of my stay. At check-in, I was informed there would be a fee of $120 that would need to be added to a card for each of the rooms that I had booked via booking.com. That is a total of four rooms therefore whatever card I needed to have had over $500 extra available for incidentals. I was not told this information nor is it listed on booking.com that I would need to have this amount of money at the time of check-in. I did call the night before check-in and was told it was going to be $40 therefore I planned for $40 per room and also had another card for that to go on. However, when the girl was checking me in she stated she already started to check one of the rooms and therefore charged the account $960. You see I had collected $832 per room from the guest that we're going to be staying in the room and that's it. As stated this included fees and taxes on booking.com. it does not state that one would need an entire 500 plus dollars at the time of check-in to cover possible incidental fees. Thankfully one of the guests that were with me had an extra credit card for these funds to go on to as I no longer had enough money because again I only collected $832 and the first room was charged to the card for $960. When I asked could if that charge could be reversed she said she didn't know if that could be done. Another problem was that the rooms were supposed to be $832, but were charged on the card originally as $840. She kept saying they had to round up. Again that's highly inconvenient seeing that I only collected money for $832 and whatever the change was not for “Rounding up” according to your system. This was highly frustrating and disappointing as we were trying to check in and I could only check into three rooms and didn't have enough money for the 4th rm due to an error.

I loved the location near restaurants to get a quick bite to eat before returning to the hotel. I loved the size of the bathrooms and the rooms. I also enjoyed the lime water. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. Missy did a great job cleaning our rooms.

The pool was a little on the small side but, hey it was a pool and the kids didn't mind.

The bed was AMAZING!! I have a bad back so a comfy bed is must. My son slept on the hide a bed with no complaints. The BBQ area was a nice relaxing area with a gas grill, chairs, tables and a gas fire pit.. The thermostat on the wall was a nice change from being all the way on thenother side of the room "IN"the unit. The bathroom was clean and the shower is HUGE.. We have another basketball tournament next weekend in Franklin and will be staying here for sure for sure!!

We were in a king room and the room itself was a little smaller than expected but it's a hotel room not a suite. The cost for 1 night was $162 which was high even though it was discounted from $199. I paid because it was clean.

The location was good and having breakfast at the hotel was so convenient. Our room was clean which is a must!

The pool is very small.the picture makes it look alot bigger and 10 kids in it and my 3 year old couldn't enjoy. I got this hotel because had a pool for my kids and for the price I wish it was actually bigger to enjoy. Sunday the pool was closed for maintenance and wasn't able to let her swim.
