Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe current environmentally friendly trend of using refillable bottles for soaps & shampoos. I don’t really trust sharing the bottles with previous guests as they can be opened & tampered with. Ours was also completely out of body wash. Luckily there was a bar soap at the sink.
This was our second stay at this beautiful one of a kind historic hotel. Our room was spacious with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful views of the river & bridge. The workout room was impressive with numerous machines & free weights. The free breakfast was more than adequate and well maintained. All interactions with staff were professional and pleasant.

The hotel was beautiful & right on the river in Madison. It’s lovely, modern, and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my room where I could stream what I wanted on the tvs! I kept admiring the architecture in the room and building. A lot has been preserved historically.

We loved the location, the history, the very friendly check in (thank you Aaron), ...it is a beautiful and spotless hotel inside and out. Check in and check out was efficient and courteous. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, quiet and temperature was easy to adjust. We had a double,queen bed, facing the river room on the 4th floor. We did not partake of the free breakfast but the dining area looked very nice.
