You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Almost sleepless night. we were in room 224. directly above us was either the workout room, or some uncaring neighbors. they were walking the floor all night. at one point filling the bathtub. this building must be old construction because you could hear all activity through the floor/ceiling. 2. Apparently, the morning staff (0600) has not been trained in showing some degree of caring about the above neighbors. No "i'm sorry" or anything. in fact, she didnt stop her effort to print out our bill. 3. Earlier breakfast. none until 0630. at least have a pot of coffee for travelers that need to leave earlier.

United StatesVery overpriced, the floor had tile held together with masking tape, only one towel and one face cloth, the room was small, the facilities were very tired and worn out. The elevator was slow and small, the refrigerator made a buzzing noise. When I brought it to the attention of her manager, they said there’s nothing they could do about it and that they were unwilling to find a different room for us. All I know the only nice thing about the place was the people were pretty nice but the facilities were extremely subpar for $245 a night is ridiculous.

United StatesI was surprised to find a Marriott that was so tacky. Vinyl floors, bathroom amenities, i.e. shampoo, soap, lotion etc. not at all acceptable and only one bar of soap, two wash clothes and two towels and the room was very small.
The staff that I dealt with were very pleasant, the breakfast while very plain was good.

United StatesWe were initially checked into an occupied room. hotel room was very outdated, stains on the furniture and the screens were off of the windows. we were headed to a family wedding. I asked for a late checkout because we were a party of 3 females needing to get ready for a wedding. I was told no until I brought up my Marriott rewards. after breakfast I heard the front desk clerk say something about water to be shut off for hours to fix a leak. I let her know there were 3 of us that still needed to shower. thank goodness maintenance held off until I let the front desk know we were done. if I hadn’t of overheard them about the shut off we would have been in trouble. I expected a lot more from a Marriott property.

United StatesThe hotel room was filthy - called 4 times for a bathroom sink that was totally plugged and full - it was never fixed. Room was dirty - looked like it had NOT been mopped or vacuumed in weeks. Fold out sofa bed was NOT a queen as stated but a twin - fifty full of crushed granola - room stunk because of sink - we traveled for a wedding - we had four rooms total - none were clean - the early check-in I asked for could not happen so after the wedding when my son checked in, computers were down - no manager on site to help - we waited over an hour at midnight at the desk before he just gave us a room - THE WORST Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at - the owner of this hotel is giving Marriott a terrible name. I am writing to get a refund as I do not intend to pay for my two night stay. Next time I will just call the health department out.

United StatesBreakfast, I feel like there should have been waffles available and maybe more fruit.
On the the first morning after checking in the day before, I went to have breakfast with my 6 year old child and I was told they would have turkey sausage, That was incorrect it was pork and I don't eat pork. There was no waffles, muffins, milk or yogurt So it was very disappointing, the only thing we could eat was some scrambled eggs oatmeal and juice. Then about my 5th or 6th day, there were people next to me fighting and I had to call down to the front desk because the lady was screaming for help. Later that evening when I was asleep, I was awakened by the people next to me again, fighting and arguing and the lady screaming again, so I called the police. I was offered another room but 1. I had so much stuff I would have to repack and 2. it was 11:30 at night, and I wasn't going anywhere. I told them at the front desk that I just wanted the people gone because the fighting was out of control and I was afraid the man might kill the lady in the room with him. The cops came and told them that management said they had to leave and so they did. I know that the hotel can't be responsible for the actions of the people who stay there, but it was pretty frightening for me and my little girl who also could hear the fighting next door to us. I would stay again, but I do believe that there should never be a reason why at 7:30 in the morning that there is next to nothing to offer for breakfast and the lady at the front desk should know what is on the breakfast menu.

United StatesI had 2 rooms and both room’s hairdryers and bathrooms fans didn’t work. We had to call numerous times for towels toilet paper and pick up our trash. There was no housekeeping even though I set up housekeeping. My family and I stayed for 10 days & it’s alit of money to not have the regular remedies that a hotel supposed to. We will never stay here again!

United StatesFreezing cold room with broken AC blasting and no way to change it- is not controlled by wall and the main unit is glued shut. No cold water from the bathroom sink, and the bathroom door does not close and lock. Filthy pool area, cigarette butts on the ground as well as beer bottles. There was a dead rat on the filter in the spa! Limited breakfast is coffee and granola so stop false advertising. We definitely won’t ever come back here.
