You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesHad reserved two rooms Room. #1 opened refrigerator and there was a left-over Wendy's Frosty left in there. In the bathroom, sink not clean (hair and something stuck to sink) Room #2 The refrigerator had something sticky spilt in it and was not cleaned off. YUK!

United StatesI made a reservation here but when I gave my CC to the front desk for damage deposit, they charged me the price for the room as well, effectively making me pay double. The girl at the front desk assured me that my money would be returned to me. This morning I find that they have taken my money and the front desk associate did their job horribly.

United StatesThey were currently doing construction so the door right outside my room that lead to outside was propped open with a rock, all night long. Obviously, this wasn’t safe. Also because of this, bugs were coming in because they were attracted to the light right above the door to my room, there were tons of them. I reported this to the front desk and she said that she would have someone come and take care of it but when I checked out, all of the bugs were still there. You could tell that this had been going on for quite sometime so I don’t know how anyone could overlook this. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Air Conditioning Unit could use a good cleaning, I operated it by using a hand wipe.

United StatesI stayed three nights, once I checked out I realized my card was double charged for an extra $330 dollars. I understand some hotels do a security deposit or hold on the card but it was never mentioned to me it would be double my whole stay and held for 7-10 Buisness days before returned. Was going to return to this hotel for another stay this weekend as I travel here often but the extra amount they are taking out at a time I don’t agree with.

United Statesthe first room we were given the door would not lock. A staff member came up and tried to reprogram the lock,but it didn’t work. They gave us another room. We put our stuff in the room very quickly because we were running late for an event so so we didn’t get to check the room out inside. We only made sure the lock worked before leaving. We got back to the room very late. we went straight to bed. When I woke up in the morning I went into the bathroom and there was a used towel hanging over the shower that had a large brown stain smeared a crossed it. Neither one of us had used the restroom until that moment. it was gross. very dissatisfying.

United StatesExtremely over priced. The shower was dirty and the toilet was not clean. There was a crack throughout the tile in the bathroom and the wood was rotting on the dresser. Very outdated. The coffer pot in the room was non functional and the breakfast was a little bare.
