The only thing I think could be better was the sofa in the room. Very uncomfortable. That's not meant in a bad way.

Hotel staff were nice and so helpful. The lady at front desk was so nice and Frank took my things up to room because I broke 2 bones in left lower arm in May. Cast on left arm was removed the day before I came.

Property was very nice however as an older couple we wanted to swim and relax however there were so many kids we could not get into the pool. Breakfast was jammed packed with kids and sports teams. Parking was awful. From this point on I will check and see if there are sports teams in the hotel if so we will look at another place. I am well more than willing to pay more if I can relax in the evenings after a long day of sight seeing.

Location is great for navigating around Williamsburg. The staff is very friendly including the breakfast attendants. The breakfast is probably one of the best, fresh fruit, several choices of eggs and breads all constantly being refilled.

They didn't change bed linens or vacuum room,my final price for room was $66 more than what was quoted on line and they couldn't give me an answer why, room a little small for what they charge , indoor heated pool was colder than expecting

The hotel was basically on a corner and it was difficult to get out because of all of the traffic.. Basically, you had to make a right turn and then turn around at something on the left. This wasn't really a big deal however.

It was a very nice facility and they were very accommodating. I was in a room that was very convenient for me. I have to use a cane and the handicapped parking was right outside the entrance. The staff were very personable, friendly, and helpful.

I booked this hotel through booking.com , and rebooked for the next day . Fairfield inn could not accommodate my family and I . I had to book another hotel. Fairfield inn charged my credit card $200.00 and refused a refund. I was told to call booking.com . I tried multiple times . No one answered the phone . Vey poor business. I will not use either of them again .

The photos online were certainly not accurate. The hotel was not in good repair. There was wallpaper off the walls, the elevator floor numbers did not work so we didn't know what floor we were actually on when the elevators stopped. There were stains on the carpets and walls. Trash in the hallways. The bed linens would not stay on the bed. Just disappointing for what we paid. The size of the room was nice, but otherwise not great.

The rooms are very small for the high price that was paid. Housekeeping was entering my room before checkout… luckily I had the latch on the door. Then she asked me when was checkout. She was not rude. it was just weird.

This hotel was about 15 minutes from Water County and Busch Gardens. Lots of restaurants nearby.
