Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This visit to the hotel was definitely worse due to the fact that I always make my reservation with non smoking witch is pretty much the front of the hotel upon checking in the night staff person was rude and put me on the smoking side in witch the room was smoking just disregard my resservation. I was staying here 2-3 x a week but that will now change Road Way has cheaper rooms and steam nicer. Next Time lotus learn how to treat a loyal customer

United StatesMost of the room was not ready for customers to stay in it. I didn't even touch the microwave or what seemed to be the fridge. And I'm not sure if the carpet was vacuumed.
The beds were comfortable, but I'm not sure if the outer blanket was clean, the bathroom, the floor, and the counters were not cleaned at all, so I cleaned them myself. The tub had a black ring of old dirt in it. When I wiped it out with a rag it was black residue on it. The TV worked well. And the sheets on the beds were clean. But I basically did my own housekeeping in the room. And clerk was pretty nice, but they need to focus on health and making sure that the customers needs are met even before they arrive. Hey we are paying good to stay here.

Not much, cheap 1 night stay. Do not need thrills, but a hotel has no reason to be filthy. Need Clean rooms and clean bed sheets and comforters. As a hotel GM, this place is a 2 of 10. Just make it clean. Bathroom was discussing and used Lysol spray on the toilet before using it. Not something a guest should have to do. Regards

Was told all rooms were booked when there were several rooms that were unoccupied. And with not having a working toilet I was told that I couldn’t be reimbursed for anything because there’s nothing that can be done since housekeeping had left for the day. United StatesAll the bedding stuff feels cheap and uncomfortable to use, the room and towels had chemical odor, even the cheapest cleaner smells better. They charged me a $50.00 cash deposit that wasn’t disclosed in the description that was reimbursed when I left but still didn’t like it.

United StatesHad to stand outside in 100 degree heat to get checked in because they keep their door locked for some reason. I asked for one extra pillow to which I was told, “they didn’t have any extra pillows”. No pool at this location. The room was very run down & dirty. The blanket on the bed was disgusting. There was a lot that just didn't meet my expectations.
Front door parking was about the only good thing about this place.

United StatesThe door was warped as you will see in pictures, you couldn't lock it, only 1 lite out of 4 had a working bulb. Microwave didn't work, no coffee pot or coffee, just the unusable coffee machine. Fan in bathroom was torn apart and the floors were dirty. Sheets were stained

United StatesIt was dirty. Things were broken all over. You couldn’t even open the fridge without it falling out on you. Internet and tv were spotty at best. Lost services every few minutes. Hair in the bathtub. So much more but you get the drift.
The price was reasonable. It’s the only good thing I can think of.
