Whoever cleans the cabin needs to dust ..I clean in Indiana and we dust everything daily that place looked like it hasn't been dusted in awhile

I asked about the fireplace and the staff sent a company out right away for them to look at it ..the company that came was amazing even tho the fireplace went out again

I don't have any complaints.

The location is great. The cabin is nice and makes a great place to stay for a small family or group. It offers excellent privacy if that's what you're looking for. The driveway is very manageable. The interior is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this cabin. I always like to explore a little on foot when I visit the area. Take a walk behind the wooden fence that lines the driveway and facing away from the cabin go to the right, it's not far, about 75 to 100 feet, I guess. In between the last two cabins on that road there is a spectacular view of the mountains! Granted you can't see this from the cabin, but sometimes just a short walk can reveal some breathtaking views.

The pool table as amazing as it was it was kinda difficult to play in the space it was in. I couldn’t get the dishwasher to work so I had hand washed a few things but that’s on me. There were a few more cob webs than I would have liked to have seen in master bedroom but the floors, beds, and furniture were cleaned very well. Check in was kinda tricky but thanks to the great communication from the property manager we were able to get in!

The beds and furniture were amazing. I loved the master tub, house was very well stocked and close to downtown. Not much of a Mountain View but you had privacy. The porch swing was nice. The plumbing was great and we didn’t run out of hot water even for all five of us washing back to back. The kids loved the pool table and we got to see black bears come right to the porch. Excellent communication from the property manager.

if there was anything negative it would be the drive up the mountain road but you get a cabin in the mountains so it’s to be expected.

They are so bad. Charged me $689, and I didn't get my room, and they refused to refund or credit me back. They told me it was an issue with Booking.com and not them, but Booking.com said it was an issue with the cabin, and I've been with Booking.com since 2018 and never had a problem. Don't be surprised if they sell your credit card information. I've had over $236 declined from my debit card.

The hot tub cover was old and water logged that it was almost impossible to lift off , the front porch faced a fence .

It was very hard to find in the fog and dark. The fireplace was broken, the hot tub was cold and did not heat up in time for us to use it, the pool table had a broken cue, and there were multiple other little issues that show they are not taking care of the property. Broken blinds in the bedrooms, a broken bathroom light, the tv in the one bedroom did not work unless it was unplugged and then you had to use the buttons on the tv not the remote, etc. we were there at the cabin for a total of 14 hours and that was everything we noticed. It is a shame cause it could be very cute and worth your time if it was taken care of correctly.

It was big enough for our family of 5.

Fireplace wouldn't stay lit. Dryer didn't work properly. Ice maker did not work. Black mold in downstairs bathroom & tub made an awful noise. Garbage container had no latches on it so we picked up garbage cans.
