The kitchen and bathroom downstairs is very small. The carpet can be redone on the stairs. The washer machine didn’t spin out after washing a load of clothes.

The water park at the resort was great. The kids loved it. We had a problem with our toilet upstairs. We called the front desk and they had someone come fix it within minutes. Nice place for families, very spacious and clean.

A small thing but if you go, pack footwear for around the pool as the pavers absorb heat and burn your feet when using the resort pool and facilities

Kitchen did not have all the listed equipment but staff were freindly and quickly organised what we needed. Supremely quiet and private given the number of people staying here. Great layout of rooms. Loved the mini market for late night snacks or items you'd forgotten

WiFi security was weak, and my son's tablet was compromised, but nothing other than that.

I absolutely love the fact that this property was perfect for families to where you can do the water slides, arcade, and playgrounds during the day, but yet, could also enjoy a romantic walk as a couple through the beautiful grounds, or enjoy an evening in one of the jacuzzis. I wasn't expecting a townhome when I booked the reservation, but was pleasantly surprised at the size, how well it was stocked and how clean it was. The resort fee included, the free WIFI, waterslides and lazy river and the playgrounds and basketball courts, which is very reasonable compared to other resorts. The unit was well stocked, and anything else that we needed, was a front desk call away. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet (operator error), and when I called, Daniel, the maintenance technician was out within 5 mins. A shout out to him, Jose, Amanda and Chris for being so attentive to us, and making our stay so pleasurable. The location is perfect, outlets are 4 mins away, while a wide array of restaurants are within 1 min. Old Towne is right up the road, and the property provides shuttle service to the Parks. This is our new home away from home, and we will definitely be back soon!

The beds & pillows The water park my G kids enjoyed it the beds mattress needs ti be changed out & pillows needed to be bigger every thing else was great 3 *** we had 18 g kids the build a Bear, what's too expensive? Also the tie die. The game room can be a little cheaper. Everything else was awesome
