The breakfast was very good , they had a variety of options . And the hotel was super clean . Definitely recommend! Staff was also really nice .

I didn't see an option for a handicapped room. Wine was overpriced. One place we stayed had free bottled water with breakfast, but not hear. Noone seems to stock diet Sprite or 7 up.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great.Convenient to restaurants.

We stayed here 2 nights , the rooms were beautiful and very clean . The lady who cleans the rooms was amazing really nice ! We came back from the Zoo and our room was clean !

They down graded the breakfast. We stayed here last year and the breakfast was awesome then. Now, they didnt have bacon, waffles and bananas. It was disappointing because It was one of the reasons I loved this place before.

I like how comfortable the bed was.

The price I didn't realize I had put 2 adults down and it was significantly different than if I would have paid attention if I would have just put one adult or one adult one child. It was myself and my daughter that was 14 that went. I should have paid attention.

3 nights out of 6, I got very little sleep. A guest down the hall brought 2 hookers to his room. The police were called. I was awakened by the noise. Another night, a family checked in at midnight. Woke me up! For 1 and 1/2 hours, their kids kept rolling the bathroom door back and forth. They used the room as a playground. The last night of my stay, guests checked in next door around 10:00 p.m. The male got on his cell phone and started talking loud, and laughing. Woke me up! This went on for 30 minutes until I called the front desk. This morning, I was awakened by a guest who left their room at 5:30 a.m. They slammed their door and went stomping down the hall. The walls and ceilings of the hotel are paper thin. You can hear everything, including other guests urinating. My room was on a floor with lots of families with kids. This was the noisiest hotel I had ever stayed in.

The t.v. is in a bad location, not in front of the bed, and not in front of the couch. The water in the shower wasn’t hot enough. The breakfast was ok, but boring if you stay for a long time, because they don’t diverse..

Nothing, Rude people don't stay here, I drove 5 hrs from East Texas to Tulsa,OK for a aviation school introduction and after 5 hrs of travel i arrived at this hotel for the deck receptionist to ask me if there was a adult with me (I'm 20 in the U.S your legally a adult at 18) then denied my stay apparently you need to be 21 to stay here even tho there website or this booking site does NOT say you must be 21 after they denied my stay thay had no resolution or clue of how to handle the situation.

We did not like the breakfast. The eggs smell horrible and there was no bacon or any other kind of meat except turkey sausage. The Hampton Inn and Hilton have a better variety of breakfast items and therefore we will consider changing hotels in the future.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel except our bed had a spot on the sheet under the pillow. We also liked the shampoo and body wash and the cleanliness of the pool and area around the pool.

The guy that checked us in was not very hospitable, just matter of fact. Couch & chair in room not comfortable. Couch hits you in the middle of back couldn’t lean back. Bed was a little to firm. Need more help in breakfast area, one person was trying to do it all and was difficult for them to keep up with everything.

The staff was incredibly unfriendly. Both front desk people were very rude. The air conditioned blew on you as you were sleeping so it was very uncomfortable!

The facility clean and it was a good set up close to lots of things.

The sliding bathroom door design, I slammed my fingers several times. Husband said sofa in tv area was very uncomfortable, so kinda diminished the whole suite set-up.

The king suite configuration (assuming a comfortable seat in the tv/SITTING area), the cozy bedding, the large bathroom/shower.
