We had some very loud guests that partied until 1:30 am. Once we knocked on the wall a third time they quieted down. Obviously not the fault of your lovely motel.

For $300 I would expect a mini fridge for leftovers and wine. Free bottled water should be included. The shower should have safety grab bars. Outside walkway was somewhat dangerous due to uneven paver stones.

Linens and towels were great. Bed was very comfortable. Location good.

Communication when we checked in . The gentleman who checked us in did not tell us of the amenities in our room. My wife wanted some ice and we did not know where to get it.

Since I was in town for a wedding I wish the room had better lighting and a full size mirror. The shower was very small and there was zero light in the shower.

I traveled to Skeanatles for a wedding. The lodge was only a 5min or less drive from town. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great. I went outside after dark and had a wonderful view of the stars and listened to the wildlife from afar.

Bathroom was a bit cramped. No staff on the property it seems, they handle all interactions at the Mirabeau inn down the street. Not far or inconvenient per say, just an odd quirk.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was a bit small but that added to the cozy rustic cabin feel they were going for. Very close to the lovely downtown area and only a short drive to the bigger malls and attractions.

We needed a late checkout but they would not allow( we were willing to pay a fee). There were still rooms available the next day so that was not the issue.

Beautiful comfortable room and bed in a rustic lodge type room. Loved the back porch and the setting. Great linens, shower and great smelling soaps and shampoo. Would stay here again. Also liked the great room that was available w coffee, microwave , dining table, etc. Less than a mike from town so you coyld also walk there..

The toilet was low (maybe 14" off ground) which is hard for someone with bad knees and the plastic toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly so you were partially sitting on the porcelain :( The bed was kind of lumpy and quite soft and bouncy. The coffee machine in the great room was hard to figure out how to use, so some instructions would be helpful. We weren't given any internet instructions, so I tried connecting to the FLL wifi and couldn't connect, so we had to make a Hotspot. So some instruction about that would be helpful too.

The staff at the Mirabou check-in and check-out were very nice. The king rooms have a sitting area/deck out back which was very nice to have. Surprisingly you couldn't hear much road noise even though the hotel is right along the main road (I guess they have good soundproofing windows). The decor isn't my taste, but there's a gas "wood-burning" stove in the corner and it made the room quite cozy. Rooms are pretty spacious.

The room was small and no bathtub. Had to walk to the common room (outside) for coffee. TV's were very small.

The proximity to Rosalees (an Italian restaurant across the street) Room was clean but small. This hotel is owned by the Mirabeau across the street - and the spa accoutrements were from Mirabeau. Nice. Could walk to town (1 km.)

Noise from road. Our unit lacked a back deck with adirondak chair. Would have booked another room had we known.

Rustic ambiance. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to dowtown skeneatles. 3 minute drive.

They had the air conditioner set to 60 and it was damp and cold outside, it took awhile for the room to warm up. There was no guide to how to use the TV or what stations were what. No on site assistance, had to go across the street to get help at a sister hotel, not good in the rain.

They did not serve breakfast, they had coffee/tea. They only had one refrigerator in the common room, which was unique.
