The add on cleaning fee I found to be excessive for our one night stay but the lower price for this location made it worthwhile.

This upper level apartment is ideally located around the corner from Duval street which is a top attraction in Key West. Added treat was the coffee and creamers left for us.

Ran out of toilet paper on our last day - only 1 roll per unit and we were a multi day stay for a group of 6. Would be nice to have two in each unit.

Perfect location in Old Town - super walkable. We had a rental car and were lucky to use one of their two first-come-first-serve spots but parking is extremely difficult in the city otherwise! Bedrooms and bathrooms were big and clean. A/c was great. The cafe underneath is cute.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit firmer than my liking and tended to roll to the middle. Also there was an animal living in the couch which we heard throughout the night.

Location was close to everything. Parking is first come first serve and we just happened to get lucky with a free spot down the back alley. The room was very clean.

The parking was confusing. The spots that are advertised were not available and if you park on the street in the area, there aren't many signs for clarification. The property should give more information about which streets and areas are safe to park on. My aunts car got towed and we spent half a day retrieving her vehicle.

The property was comfortable and in walking distance to many attractions around Key West.

Door code was sent over 4 hours late. Couldn’t get in until nearly 7pm. After several unanswered messages we finally got a door code and apology.

Overall, a great little spot. Very conveniently located. Once we parked, (and yes, we were able to park in the provided space) we walked and rented a scooter to get around. The place was very nice and spacious for the two of us. The only trick was, we were sent access instructions and a code for the lock. When that didn't work, we reached out and quickly got a response that the door was open and the key left on the coffee table. (they could have just told us that from the get-go, instead of messing with the code for 10 minutes, haha) Just happy they did respond immediately. I would refer this place to someone visiting who wants a convenient and centrally located spot. Bonus, the Cuban Coffee spot next door was delicious!

Upholstery and rugs were wet on arrival. Seemed clean, but took about 18 hours to dry out after we’d already checked in. Having to pay online through a 3rd party was a bit unsettling. Would prefer booking to handle payment.

Parking. It could be extremally hard yet possible to find a parking spot, especially if you arrive at night. The property had 2 spots but they were always occupied. I was lucky, it took 15-20 minutes to find a spot near by which was no "residential only" signs. Could be noisy, the road is close. Only two beds. The sofa is not convertible and there was not enough blankets for the 3rd sleeper. Few weeks after the booking they sent me email with a link to pay on a 3rd party web site and said it I won't paya ASAP my booking can not be guaranteed. So the booking on the Booking.com is not a booking at all? My credit card is in my profile! Additional stress and inconvenience. BE CAREFUL at the Restaurant on the first floor. They did not bring the menu, the web site with online menu did not work, I had to go to the cashier to order and to pay (no service but at least 15% tips expected). They "forgot" to bring the ordered salad and tried to charge for the fajitas TWICE. The fajitas was so-so. :( But the coffee was really good.

Roomy place. Maybe a good value for the price. Location is perfect. We were luck to find a parking and it was mostly quiet.

TV didn't work, neither did the front door (electric code lock), and the bed wasn't the comfiest. There were only 2 parking spots so had to park my car more than 4 blocks away.
