Slightly awkward checking-in process but probably my fault more than the host’s as I input an incorrect security code for my credit card, which was consequently declined. A call/email from the host would have resolved this more quickly however

There was a rattling noise (sound of drums) in a/c fan duct near bathroom that could be heard in the bedroom. Didn’t mind it in the bathroom but was somewhat bothersome while trying to sleep.

Great location for an affordable price! This place exceeded our expectations and was much more spacious than the pictures show. An amazing Cuban cafe located below the property that had delicious breakfast. Less than a block from Duval St. so everything was within walking distance. Convenient parking in back of building for 2 cars. Friendly staff. I’ve stayed in Key West many times and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for affordable convenience at a nice & clean place near Duval.

The location was perfect, right above a Cuban coffee shop and a block away from Duval street. It was quiet (except for the roosters which are everywhere) and the property was very responsive when we had questions and requested additional towels. We had a party of four adults and two children and this apartment was perfect.

The apartment is located on a busy street, so there is street noise. If you sleep in the front bedroom or the living room, you will hear the street noise and the roosters (you'll hear roosters everywhere in Key West.) The back bedroom is quiet. I slept on the pullout couch, and there was quite a bit of light from the streetlights that came into that room. I bought ear plugs and a sleeping mask at a CVS that's conveniently down the block, so I slept like a baby.

The staff were very nice -- you have to communicate with them by text, primarily, or phone call, because there is no office for these apartments. I was nervous about this, but it worked out fine. I initiated contact with management by text a day in advance, and that worked well. We rented the 2-bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was great for walking to things -- 5 minute walk to Hemingway house, for example. The coffee shop downstairs is totally delicious. Good value for Key West.

Kids commented that the sofa bed was uncomfortable. One of the sofa's corner springs was also broken, so they had to sleep with their legs towards the headboard.

Very nice looking and spacious rooms with very good location and parking space. Fit 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Rooms were nice and tidy.

The couch in the room has definately outlived its usefulness. Also, there's a coffee shop/cafe that's attatched to the room. So it's QUITE loud every morning pretty early. BUT it's a delicious place to get coffee and breakfast that's literally only steps away. So we didn't mind too much.

The location is great! Centrally located, perfect for walking to most everything on the island. The room and outside sitting area had a nice "home-like" feel.

The couch was very uncomfortable. It was a pull out couch the mat went into a bed but it was broken and the cushions sunk all the way into the couch. Also the area rug in the living room area had a corner lifted and we tripped several times.

It’s a bit off the main attractions but not so far off.

A very nice little room for a budget stay. I had to stay in key west another night because my flight was canceled and booked this studio suite. It was everything I needed. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and shower, good location. No other amenities (like pool, breakfast) but it’s cheaper then everything else so I guess it’s worth it.

Parking was NOT easy. They said to call for parking advice and they didn’t answer the phone luckily I was able to find street parking. I haven’t been to my car yet so I’m hoping I didn’t get towed.
