Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaI think you should embrace your heritage more , at the pool you blast out the music , which is ok but maybe add in a little of the historic musicians as well who made Vegas ,Dean ,Frank ,Sammy etc. I went and had a look at the Sahara they do seem to embrace the history better there .

Your staff is amazing they made the stay worth it but the place needs a real update the room is so old it’s impossible to keep clean the bed frame was filthy the rug was filthy Your cleaning staff can only do so much

United StatesThe only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the elevators, which was difficult at times to get you room card to work so you can get to your floor.
I stayed in a High Rollers Double Queen Room at the Flamingo last week. To begin the room was amazing with a great view of the pool area, along with the High Roller Farris Wheel and The Sphere. The room was spacious with a separate bath tub and shower in the bathroom. The Flamingo has a good location around the center of the strip.

United StatesFirst it is fee. I wanna know in advance about full price and fee. When I booked hotel it was okay price for me. After I booked they send me a message that they will charge 50 $ more per night. I texted them why they didn’t told me before. I don’t like not planned expenses. But they didn’t even answer on my sms. That’s okay. Not a big price. Still okay for Vegas. But when we check out they charge me again 70 $. 50 taxes per day + 20$ parking. I agree with parking but why again 50 tax. I don’t understand it at all. So I paid double price which I expected. 😠 The biggest disadvantage is pool. It works just until 6 pm. I arrived at 5 pm at hotel. And stayed here just one night so I didn’t have chance to go to the pool. Room is old. Everything is old. And not very clean
