Everything was perfect!

Beautifully appointed B&B both inside and out. lovely patio with hot tub. Inn keepers were there and helpful but not intrusive.

Our room was in a high traffic spot so we could hear people going up and down the stairs quite a bit. The building is old and creaky too, but honestly it wasn't enough to really bother us. If you are a very sensitive sleeper, I'd request a room beside the Wildflower room.

It is such a beautiful building with lovely details and a peaceful setting.

Beautiful, very welcoming, easy to get there, good parking, and felt safe. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Guests were respectful, so it was quiet at night, and I slept very well.

I loved using the wooden desk in the Wildflower room to write postcards. Breakfast was fabulous--fresh pineapple, special jams, tasty yogurt, healthy cereals. The inn-keeper was very personable and gave me good tips about the area. The walls are thin, so I used the earplugs provided to sleep. But that worked and I slept very well!

Perfect oasis, also for business travelers. You can tell that your house here have been frequent travelers. The rooms are well outfitted and spacious with plenty of room for your luggage, space around the sink for toiletries, lots of outlets, and a desk/working/sitting area. What a great escape from anonymous sterile cramped business hotels! Both the house and The hostess are charming, the honor bar and shared fridge very practical. We were there in winter on our way to the mountains, so we didn't test the hot tub, but could have.

Absolutely nothing was undesirable!

Flora House is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside, it's evident that the owner has poured their heart and soul into every detail. The Orchid Suite, where we stayed, was not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The hot tub was an absolute highlight, offering a luxurious way to unwind and relax. Jen and the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, offering wonderful options and extras that truly elevated our experience. It was a delightful getaway that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Flora House is definitely a place we'll be returning to again and again.

To proximity to Colfax is not good. That is one of the worst parts of town so walking didn't feel the safest.

The home is amazing and the rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast was great with gluten-free options. The inn keepers are incredible too.

Since I came for business, I had to leave the building at 7am, however, the breakfast starts at 8am, so I was never able to take it.

Beautiful accommodations, excellent staff interactions, more people need to know about this place. Continental breakfast was more than sufficient and coffee was yummy! Very clean and has an interesting back-story. I would stay here again!

Really unique older Victorian house, it was located in a really cool area with alot of hip restaurants and bars. Easy check in and parking. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Will definetly stay again if ever in Denver!

Wished our windows weren't painted shut. Opened those in the dressing area and got some minimal fresh air that way. Expectation to take shoes off was confusing - inform guests ahead of time? Only for upstairs???

Cont. breakfast was beautifully presented; I liked the days with a pastry better than those without; didn't need the cold cuts and cheese. Liked the use of cloth napkins!

Just about everything. The room was so very comfortable after a long day of driving. The bed, chairs, bathroom, lighting, fan were just great. The breakfast was great, the garden peaceful with that hot tub and plenty of outdoor tables, a comfortable living room and dining room and especially a gorgeous victorian house. We felt like we were royalty in that house. The manager was very responsive to everything we needed, including an early bkfst before we went to the airport. It reminded us of an English b and b! And it was walking distance to the amazing Denver Botanical Gardens with complimentary entry with tickets provided by the Flora House.

The front door code lock was tricky to use but we were assured it is going to be fixed ASAP.

Lovely rooms with beautiful furniture and style. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. Helpful and friendly innkeepers made the experience very easy. Highly recommended. Honestly the best place we've ever stayed in the USA.
