The air conditioner was not comfortable it’s to hot to keep a steady degree of 72, and the hot tub did not turn on our first day had to reach out to get it turned on and finally when it did get turned on it would stutter to turn on and had to push multiple times to get it on …it’s time for an upgrade I also don’t like the fact of being charged for the heat especially since I didn’t use it for the pool at all because when I asked if I needed heat for the jacuzzi some one on staff wrote back saying it’s a all for a single charge… then after I paid it was clarified the jacuzzi was included so I paid an extra 300 for nothing especially since I told the staff I didn’t need the pool heated it’s all in the messages to clarify ….but overall it was a nice place I’d stay again now I would know what I was getting

The only thing that I didn’t like was that it was a good distance from one of the theme parks that we visited. I also regret no paying for the pool to be heated because the water was very cold, due to the wind blowing.

I liked that the property was spacious enough to accommodate my entire family. I also liked the fact that each time any doors were open, we were alerted. This was very helpful considering we had small kids.

Hot Tub Was Not Ready For When We Arrived, To Enter The Gate It Was Pretty Difficult 2 Times When Trying To Re-Enter The Property But Finally Got Through Without Too Much Hassel.

Didn’t Have Any Breakfast. I Liked That It’s Pretty Quiet & Was Screened In With Bushes Around For Privacy. Not Too Far From Orlando’s Attractions But Far Enough Away Where Traffic Wasn’t Horrible!

Even with the pool heat on the water was a little cool for my taste.

The pool was very clean, hot tub nice and warm. We had plenty of room inside the house for our group. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi tub in the master room was very relaxing. I loved it.

The house was clean and had everything that you need . Snacks & water was available upon arrival. Check in was easy . Communication with the staff was awesome they checked in to see how things were going. I’d recommend this property and will be booking again .

The house was much bigger than we expected based on the pictures. It was nice to have so much room to relax after spending the whole day in the parks. Bedrooms are large, nice bathrooms and showers, fully equipped kitchen, the pool was lovely. Great to have a full size washer and drier, and dishwasher. Easy to get in and out of the gated community. It's 40 minutes from Universal, but the location is so quiet,it's worth spending a bit extra time commuting to the parks. Communication with the host was excellent.

Nothing bad to say at all!

When I first saw this and booked it I thought “this is too good to be true” and sure enough it was but in the most amazing way!! We did pay an extra fee for early check in and due to our kids being cranky and fussy I reached out and see if they’d let us check in earlier than the early check in and they did which I’m still grateful for! Everything was clean with the short time frame I had unfortunately given them for the cleaners but still they did an immaculate job! They had beach towels for us for when we got out of the pool and bath towels for us(places I’ve stayed before don’t provide so usually we bring our own) You will not regret staying here! Can’t wait to get back already!

The additional fees for everything after booking was a bit much. It’s listed pet friendly but there is an additional 40/day fee. There is a pool and hot tub but it’s an additional 80/day to heat it. Parking was a bit frightful. We were a party of 11 and only 4 cars can park in the driveway with no street parking overnight. And lastly the WiFi kept shutting down on us. Read the entire contract because after you book exactly 2 weeks before check in you have to also pay an additional 300.00 deposit for damages that may be refundable after inspection.

Issues with noise of irrigation system disturbing us at 4am for 3 nights although this was sorted out. Some minor things not working eg tv in one bedroom and no batteries in remote Management a bit ‘intrusive’ endless messages even though info was given initially and in the folder.

shower and curtain were dirty, rings for curtain were rusted. Inside pool area filled with spider webs could use a dusting. hair under comforter and sheets. Wife contacted staff and they sent a cleaning crew out for inside and they were excellent!
