Everything was very nice. The only issue was that we were not able to get in with our door code. Had to contact proprieter to get a code for the lock box at the property.

The only thing that I didn't like was that when I arrived, the mini split was set to air conditioning and not heat. And it was below freezing outside and took me quite awhile to figure out how to change the setting to heat. No biggie though, eventually I figured it out and I'm sure the owners would've helped me quickly with my issue if I had called.

This was definitely one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in! The room was designed so freaking cute. Super clean and spacious, large walk in shower, and nice appliances. I love that each room has its own parking spot too. And the staff were always incredibly fast at responding to my messages, even on Christmas Day! Thanks guys! Highly recommend 10/10

The room was so nicely renovated and quality workmanship! Loved all the old rock artist wall decor! VERY CLEAN!!! Love the close proximity to Folly and the beach…nice to park the car and walk! Will definitely book this again for future visits!

The only thing I could come up with is stairs as I have bad knees. It's good exercise though. 😊

Everything was fantastic! It was basically an upscale 1 bedroom apartment with recessed lighting and lots of extras most hotel rooms don't have. Highly recommend.

The views were amazing!! I loved the balcony view that I had! Great location! the property is beautiful!!! I loved my room so much! I was there for work! Really wish I could have spent more time in my lovely room!!!

We saw a small roach in the bathroom. Walking noise from upstairs after midnight woke me up few times.

It is a great place to stay. It is about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach. They provide beach chairs which is awesome.

Ice maker made about 4 cubes and quit. Didn't have a sunset view from Room 3. Would love to have checked in a little earlier.

The decor was just my old soul rock n roll style. Loved the room. Very clean. Pretty good location not to be beachfront. Shower was perfect. Nice breezy bathroom with the fan on. Was traveling alone. Felt reasonably safe. Stayed in Room 3.

Unfortunately, some of the worst Wi-Fi I ever used. Felt like I was on dialup. I had to do some work during the trip and it was difficult to load anything I needed.

5 min walk from the beach, didn't get the noise from the bar/restaurant area. Cool design/decorations in the room. Staff was extremely helpful in addressing any issues that came up.

the only thing I had issue with (and it wasn’t that big of a deal but for light sleepers it would be an issue) was the inch wide gap between the top curtains and bottom curtains at night. when cars came over the bridge, headlights flashed in your face if you were facing the windows.

The room was perfect for the two of us. It was close enough to restaurants and the beach that we could walk and not worry about finding/paying for parking. The water pressure was perfect! having a full sized fridge was a nice surprise.

Miss information regarding type of coffee pot to prepare for. Was told a regular pot not a single serve. The room had a single serve pot with no regular pods in the room. Emailed and called and was told that they would bring regular pods and leave them which never happened. Texted again with no reply to the text. Never heard from anyone again. Ended up going and getting what we needed.

The sunset views that were so hyped up was obscured by a building and trees. Not what I expected. The location was much better and what I would focus on.

I loved the location. It had restaurants, shops and bars just steps away. The beach is easily walkable. The room was comfortable.

The bed hurt our backs, especially the first night. wish there was a second parking space for our second car, especially since there were a lot of unused spots when we were there.

The parking area was very small so if you have a truck parking can be extremely difficult.
