Plenty of room with 2 bathrooms. Staff was very pleasant and cheerful.

The pool is a bit small, but otherwise good. There was no hot tub.

Hot tub was not working. When we stayed they had people tearing the upper deck down. Hopefully it’s done by now.

Some front desk employees great others but so much. Confusion Check out time and they wanted to change me for a $30 fee which was included when I booked this through bookings but the lady when checking out is refunding it. Look out for Padro and others trying to get you to go to a time share meeting as these are time share condos. They will hit you up when you get your parking placard. All else good

Great location and the property was better than expected due to some of the bad reviews it received. A lil dated but great location. Pool was good. Room was clean.

Stayed here twice had same unit both times. Unit is next to the elevator. The bedroom is closest to the elevator so you hear the bell from elevator most of the time. Taking an afternoon nap difficult.

Location is great. Easy in and out parking, Onsite laundry is a bonus.

Older building Dated lobby. You can't beat location or views even on backside of building. Was truly a great stay and would stay again. Only negative was no early check in and female who answered was abrupt and not friendly.

Loved location Great (!!) pizza and ice cream shop one block away. Try them both. Beach is barely a block from building. We were on backside of building and had beautiful views. Apartment was super big and pretty clean minus second bedroom sheet (stained) they replaced it quickly. Loved the pool, pool table, ping pong- It was nice to have in the same building BONUS Laundry on site and it worked so well and fairly fast!

the customer services, the front desk didnt help us a lot during the check in. after my visit i check my bank account and seems like they make double payment into my card. still waiting to resolve this..

elevator not working so had to wait a few minutes, working elevator often full, pool area needs facelift, no discount for beach chair/umbrella at the beach ( cost 50 dollars!), won’t hold luggage if you’re flight is later than the 10am checkout- because of Covid not allowed?

Dirty stuffed old rooms. Got stuck in the 3rd floor with the view of a concrete wall. No water. They decided to renovate while I was in, so horrible noise and dust that drove me out for the entire stay. Unfriendly staff. Unreachable Management. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and keep away.

The walls were paper thin so I got to hear my neighbor all hours of the night hocking up fluid from his lungs all night. I also heard all there conversations, music, tv, and every time they went to the bathroom. The staff was not friendly nor did they give us any information about the hotel and its amenities.

The proximity to the beach and the bartender was the friendly.

bed was hard as a rock air conditioning did not work properly I took a picture room temperature never went under 75 I had air on 60 to try and cool ceiling fan did not work to help cool bedroom I asked for maintenance food 3 days all they did was reset air and it stayed at room temperature 76 Location terrible down side street from beach I have stayed at Ft Lauderdale Beach rooms for 15 years never had a bad stay until this will never return and make sure anyone I know will never stay here
