Not enough towels in room, I feel like if your going to pay over 300 dollars a night you should not have to track stuff down

Not on the Gulf just a distance view. The television didn't work most of the 3 days. We paid a lot for a room and TV didn't work. Toilet paper is one ply. I expected more for we paid!

We checked in super late Monday night/early Tuesday morning and the gentleman that checked us in was not friendly at all at first then I started cracking jokes and he got nicer. He even told us that he didn't have any upgrades he could put us in that night but said come ask the front management staff in the morning and they should be able to upgrade us. I did what he said any they told me they didn't have anything Tuesday but should have something Wednesday. Meanwhile later that I was in line to get ice and they upgraded 2 families that were in line ahead of me so I went back Wednesday to check and they said they didn't have anything for us not even 30 minutes later I was in line for my daily ice and they upgraded another family right ahead of me again!! I loved that we were right on the beach!

I didn't like that the elevator was broke on and off throughout the entire stay. I didn't like that we had to ask for someone to clean/ take the trash or give us fresh towels. There were 4 people in the room but they only gave us 3 big towels each time. Why do you have to ask for the trash to be taken out? It was awkward to have to ask for things I thought are normal everyday formalities when staying at a hotel.

The ice machine didn't work.

Everything, the room was just as pictured. Parking was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part is that it's right on the beach!

The bed was not the best in comfort. If only they added a bit more padding or some memory foam. But I'm used to sleeping on a pillow type so it is probably just us. But everything was great. Due to covid our room was not cleaned while we were there. If you needed anything they sat it outside your door. Definitely will be coming back. Loved it!!

The pillows were down filled so couldn't use those and the foam pillows that were also on bed were not really stuffed at all so had crick in neck while time. Also didn't have hairdryer in room and had to go out to eat dinner with hair up and in hat cause I couldn't fix my hair.

The pool was much smaller in person then it looked online. In fact, It was way too small in size and relation to the size of the hotel. Max capacity was 20 people! Therefore the water was very hot and and it was very crowded (12-15 people) most of the time.

The location!!! I picked this hotel for the location and value. I was very happy in that regard! We walked out our hotel, down the pier, and we were right on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We were also very close to a lot of attractions! I was also very happy with the size of our room. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.
