Compact room which is very good for couple Cleanliness of bathroom is very good soft bed, good speed of internet and good space of bathroom. Room amenities like hairdryer and locker is good and working good. Overall nice stay.

The hotel is located in a historical building. This is both good and bad....) The good thing is that living in an old building in the old city is an experience in itself. The bad thing is that the building is not particularly designed for modern living: so-so sound insulation, creaking floors, rather narrow corridors... However, the friendly staff at the reception and hospitality change the picture for the better) It’s a 10-minute walk to the very center of Boston. Parking is diagonally in the building next door hotel, cost 26 dollars per night.

Its very clean. I think the property manager was the one who accommodated us and upgrade our bed to queen size. Really nice and kind.

Missed a hanger for my coat in the room and the room had a glass wall which quite some light got through which was annoying

Great hotel at very good location! Close to everything you want to see in Boston on walking distance or the T if needed. Reception is available till 11pm each day and checking in/out both went very quickly.

Nothing I didn’t like. It’s an old building and it’s noticeable. But overall it’s good value for the price I paid.

It’s very close to Boston Common, Newbury Street, different underground stations, so it’s perfectly located to explore the city. The Bed was very comfortable!

I liked the cleanliness and simplicity of the rooms and and stylistically, it was pretty nice as well. I managed to ask one of the workers about drinking in Boston and where to go and he gave me some very sound advice.

I was on the ground level, and it was loud at night/in the morning as people came in or checked out. This is out of the control of the hotel staff, of course, and not a reflection on the hotel as a whole. It is just a bit of an unlucky happenstance. If I end up there again, I will request a room higher up. In my room, there was a really cool phone charge and plug in an alcove by the bed. Unfortunately, you had to have the light switch on for the outlet to work, so I would have had to have the light over the bed on all night to charge there-- a bit of a design flaw.

Location was great. Close to public transportation and the Boston Commons and Freedom Trail. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They had public transportation maps and suggested places to eat. Clean, comfortable bed. Really a great place to stay. I will likely come back here if I end up visiting Boston again.

The view out my window was pretty bad - it faced the center of the building and a room directly across from mine. A couple foot wide courtyard was in the center. It made the room pretty dark. Not the end of the world but I would have loved to look out and see the city.

The staff was very friendly and greeted guests when they left and came back. The room was clean and mostly quiet. There was free coffee in the lobby which I really liked! The hotel is near a CVS and plenty of restaurants.

The ac/ heating unit was a bit noisy, and the central location also means some street noise. Nothing that a pair of earplugs cant block though !

The location is great. The room is small, but clean with everything you need. There is free Coffee aan tea.

The wifi didn't work so well.

The room was large enough and the bathroom was nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and there was zero fuss checking in and out.

The bed was very uncomfortable but the pillows were great! It did the job for my four nights but something to consider. Pretty pricy considering it was a basic room and amenities but the price was to be expected with a big US city.

Super friendly Front of House staff, notably Dylan and Kendall. It was great to chat to them and they always went out of their way to offer suggestions and advice on where to visit. I was on a leisurely solo trip so the city was my oyster! The hotel is in a great location; less than a 5 minute walk to Boston Common, the T, and walking distance from all the sites. The room is small but perfectly adequate and the bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. It’s pretty basic but did the job for me. Good hairdryer, TV, safe and a small wardrobe plus desk and chair.

Small room but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It was easy to access, staff very helpful. Close by to Moxy hotel which made it convenient for me to take shuttle to my conference.

Bedroom small but not an issue as it was just enough for us to stay and get through. Window didn’t lock at the start but staff immediately fixed it. Very helpful.

Location was perfect, walking distance from everything. Felt very safe in the area too.
