The twin beds were not attached to the head boards and squeaked every time a person moved. The queen bed was saggy in the middle and uncomfortable. The kitchen table and chairs were very wobbly.

The size was great along with the pool and hot tub. The community center pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The master bedroom was very comfortable. All questions directed at the management company were replied to almost immediately (Lisa).

The bins are in need of a good disinfectant, they were overflowing with dirty nappies when we arrived and it was disgusting. The WiFi is so poor ye should definitely get a new provider, ye are paying for a service that's almost none existent. TVs in the bedrooms would also be a welcome addition. The mattresss on the beds were some of the noisiest I've ever come across, just to turn over would wake the other person in the room with you.

The house was a perfect size for our group. The neighbourhood was quite and well cared for.

it was a little bit dated in some places (master bathroom primarily) and the neighbour at the back was very loud, which would have been ok but we have young children and he used profanities extensively extremely loudly!!

was in a nice gated community, there was plenty of space and it had everything we needed. games room was fab, pool area was clean and well kept.

Big cockroaches in the house! Lack of supplies considering we rented for an entire week, whole family with 4 bedrooms but only had 6 plates, one dishwasher pod, one laundry, and 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Unfortunately the hot tub/ jacuzzi malfunctioned most of the stay and we were unable to enjoy it. It did not get hot at any point.

The location was great. The house was beautiful. Very clean. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.

The room on the left size near to the front door didn’t have a good AC, not enough toilet paper. I wanted to invite another family but they told me that they could denied the entry of the house, but it was so big !

the beds were uncomfortable. the rugs and couches were dingy. the comforters were old and dingy. there were toys and gum under the chair and seats. (we vacuumed under all of the chairs and seats) half roll of toilet paper provided. the property stated that guests are responsible for buying their own toilet tissue and paper towels. no sponge to clean the dishes. it’s a good thing that Walmart wasn’t too far away. Overall it’s a nice house but it needs a lot of updating.

The property is close to attractions. The stores are not walking distance so you would need a car. the pool area was clean. the kitchen had all of the essentials (pots, pans, and dishes) the area is nice and quiet.

Out of the four bedrooms only master bedroom had a TV and it was very small. This house would be perfect if the TV in the master bedroom was larger and the other bedrooms had TVs

The neighbor kept calling the police on us. We had no music playing and weren’t loud. literally just my 6yr old was in the pool. The police were even confused when they came. Yet a few houses down they were partying loud as ever until 3-4 am and didn’t have the police called.

24 hrs before check in, we got an urgent message that address of our property was changed to another one…in Davenport, 10 miles away from the “property address” listed on bookings.com. this 10 miles farther from Orlando attractions, airport and other activities we planned for the time of the visit. more traffic every day, multiple times a day, more tolls. In additional, due to pure negligence, and closed on weekend for not urgent matters like that. lack of any service, we got correct Wi-Fi password only on 3rd day of the stay. we are civilized people who are familiar and American system of plumbing, and had issues of the bathrooms after 2 days of use. we were told that plumber cost will be charged to us. why to us if the plumbing issues clearly already had existed in the house? we were only 5 people occupancy of 8 this house is supposed to handle. will never ever ever ever stay there again. compete scam of a location.

The air conditioning was not turned on and it got very hot in the house most days. There were multiple stains on the carpets and dirty child size hand prints on the walls. The refrigerator top shelf was not in place There was a few cracks in the walls and ceiling and the molding along the floor in the kitchen was missing. The tv in the living room was very small and did not have enough channels on cable. I would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone.. Also, some one parked in our driveway without asking.

This property was amazing 🤩 we loved 🥰 the pool 🏊‍♂️ it was super clean and super big and beds comfortable , it had everything we needed and more .We will definitely stay here again 🙌🏻🏝🏡

There was no laundry detergent or dish soap with sponge. Very minor thing but it would have been good to have.

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

House wasn’t ready at time promised. The pool enclosure was damaged and bugs were a problem. There were ants in the kitchen. The tub wouldn’t drain when taking a shower. The remotes had no batteries and none of the clocks worked. The house was to warm, ac set to high. Lock box so couldn’t adjust. Fans and lights didn’t work properly for everyday use. The house was much further from Disney than advertised. Complained about with no empathy or attempt to rectify. Lots of excuses

It's conveniently located in a gated community about 30/40 minutes from Disney and Universal parks,plenty of places for grocery shopping Walmart/Target and outlet malls(Orlando Premium Outlets) are only a short drive away. There's a Burger King, Taco Bell and KFC about 500 yards away.
