The rooms are very small, there is no view, except a vague view from the 22nd (dixit some other people in the hotel).

For me the most positive aspect of this hotel is that it's central, very close to all buses and subway, you can be anywhere in Manhattan in direct bus or subway in a few stops or walk if needed. It's also very calm, no noise, supermarkets close to it and a microwave in the lobby. The rooms are clean, the area is safe.

Only thing was it was 3 of us so they would only put a set of 2 towels so everyday I had to request more towels but they promptly Wouk minutes would bring them up

It was difficult to find due to scaffolding outside. The very large window was nice however was able to completely open without any safety measures. A person of at least 300 lbs could easily fit through. Not ideal for children... or teenagers who like to joke around.

The proximity to the subway was great. The room although small had ample space for clothing etc. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.

Only had two towels when room was booked for 4, but this is nit-picking. Just a quick trip down to the front desk and they gave us more right away.

Great location, front desk helpful when we needed extra towels, etc. Overall room was clean, beds comfy, not too noisy from outside. Would stay here again!

The bathroom needs to retouch it had rust . The bathroom had a used small soap . The trash in the bathroom had no bags I didn’t feel comfortable to throw toilet paper inside the basket with no bag

The window of my room was not clean. The hotel need to implement cleaning process for the rooms windows.

The air condition makes noise and there was some other noise as well. Rooms are not very clean. The limousine service is risky as the driver don’t have pos machines in car. He called someone to take the card details and take money. It means your card details are compromised. I don’t like it at all so I pay in cash.

There were no chairs other than desk. Towels were chintzy. No wash cloths provided. Pillows look full but collapse to nothing when under head.

There could be more ameneties, like a coffee bar in the morning. There is some wear & tear; the property needs some sprucing up.

No sign of the hotel from the street. Old and worn (but clean). Staff not really excited about working there (off course depending on the person, not all the same).

Ok area close to subway. Easy connection to JFK. Decent value for money regarding the position on Manhattan.

The staff were okay, not all of them were the friendliest of people. This isn’t such a big deal but it was something that I didn’t like. They gave free water at the property but only like 1-2 bottles per day. We didn’t get the room cleaned during our 1 week stay, because we didn’t want it cleaned so our water was not given. We used the water to make tea / coffee also. We are from the UK and have 5 cups of tea a day each. And there was 5 of us. Using just 2 bottles a day. We asked reception if we could have more water, but there was always hesitation. I would assume since there is 5 of us, we would be given atleast 5 water bottles.

The location was good, near the metro (2 mins walk). And 15 mins walk from Times Square. 5 mins walk to the start of 5th avenue. We asked for the 2nd room we booked to be on the same floor as our other room- this request was granted. So we are grateful for that. There’s a small gym at the property. They give emergency tooth brushes if needed at reception. The deposit was returned quickly into my account after check out.

My family and I didn’t like how stuffy the room was. The first night there was a headache because e could barely breathe when we got to the room. Turning the a/c on didn’t help at all. We were scared to open the window for fresh air because there was no screen and didn’t want to let any bugs in. Nonetheless we came home stuffy and coughing.

I enjoyed that Time Square was in walking distance. We were close, but not too close to hear all the commotion from the square all night long. The staff was so nice and helpful. Very efficient as well. We requested a microwave and within maybe 30 minutes the staff was there to bring it. While in the room had realized the outlet didn’t work and said he would put the request into maintenance. He did and instead of waiting maintenance came in right away (11pm) to resolve the issue.

Room was heated and cooled by a window unit which struggled to keep the temperature even.

Clean comfortable room. No breakfast on site. Some restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. Friendly staff. There are two grocery stores and a CVS within a block. Walked and Ubered everywhere.
