My ONLY complaint is that there are no curtains in the bedroom's so it's impossible to sleep in once the sun comes up.

I absolutely love that there is a washer and dryer in the room! As a mom of 4 and Mimi of 2 bringing home clean clothes makes me so happy. I hate knowing I'm going home to loads and loads of dirty laundry.

The room wasn't very clean. The floors were very dirty. My kids feet were black within the hour of taking their socks off. The beds had debris on them, maybe dirt, crumbs not sure.

It was in a quit location and the staff was friendly. The king size was comfortable but the queen beds not so much. The shower pressure was AMAZING.

Waiting outside to get checked in, other than that it was a good stay , clean and quiet when we stayed, was our 1st time with this one

Just a really odd experience, not hotel like at all. This seemed to be an aging timeshare type property in a state of disrepair disguised as a hotel.

There was no breakfast. The location was convenient.

We had to go get towels in a different building and we needed more coffee pods the 2nd day and they told us they would charge us. They need curtains on windows in bedrooms

It was ok but pictures were deceiving online It is just a motel with 2 adjoining bedrooms

The room was not vaccumed. Beds were uncomfortable, other guests up until after 2 a.m slamming doors, yelling, and playing music.

I love that there is a washer and dryer in your room. It's so nice to take clean clothes home! The rooms are exceptionally clean and super quiet! There is always ample towels, washcloths and bed linens!

Like many places the unit could have used "fringe" cleaning. Important things, toilet, sink, sheets, kitchen sink, refrigerator etc were clean. blinds needed wiping as well as base boards, floors could have been cleaner. It would be good to have some cleaning items in the unit like a broom or small vac.

Beds were old and very uncomfortable. Bed linen was very old and worn. Beds sag in the middle. Couch uncomfortable to sit on much less sleep on. And, no where in the description does it say…..hotel rooms converted to CONDO! So very disappointed in our accommodations for our family weekend

The floors and carpet definitely need a cleaning, swept mopped and deep cleaned. We ruined several new pairs socks walking in unit. Feet and socks looked like we ran a marathon outside barefoot. Would have mopped daily but no mop offered in unit only broom. My colleague was stung in bed in early morning hours from a adult scorpion, Maintenance was on top of checking for more and found some crickets, the front desk girl was less involved than you would expect when a guest is injured and needs medical attention. She made it sound normal to have these pest in buildings, as she explained she has them at home. Yes my jaw dropped too when she expressed this. She was very young but untrained how to handle this. 24 hours later we have still yet to hear from management and her note was very lacking with times and details and contact info. We went to find gym on Friday afternoon everything seemed locked up. We wasn't instructed we needed to use Gym earlier in day before 3pm, and never had any instructions given after staff noticed on camera we didn't successfully get to enter.

I like the parking close to the room. I like the basic stocked kitchen, I like everything was in working order. I liked two bedrooms offer private baths for each bedroom, I liked the pool decor and all the flowers all over the property. I liked vending was offered. Chris the maintenance guy is amazing, he directed when we needed towels, had questions and was always seen working near. Our stay was amazing due to Chris and The younger Man who works late night check in's, security staff kept close eyes on things and guest, I felt safe on property at all hours.
