We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo elevator in the building we were assigned to. The beds weren’t new, but they weren’t horrible either. I did NOT like how much light came thru the miniblinds! I like a DARK room to sleep in so I had to cover my eyes. If there had been a curtain rod, I would have bought blackout curtains and donated them at checkout. The only other issue I had was I wish the bathroom had been a little cleaner and that the toilet had flushed a little better. I don’t think anyone had stayed in our room for a little while because there was a little mildew in the toilet.
The property looked like they had recently renovated the outside. There were extra amenities that were a great extra but we did not have time to utilize them in a short weekend trip. I liked its location, it was easy to get in and out and was close to backroads to avoid the busy strip. My favorite thing, and the resin I booked the room in the first place, was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. And their shower heads were the best I have ever had in a hotel or condo!

United StatesCheck out time is to early and too strict for a family of 7. Trying to rush everyone out the door especially on vacation by 10 AM is a bit stressful and kind of rubbed the wife the wrong way considering what we pay for not even a full 24 hours of being able to be in a space you pay for seems a bit excessive.
Love love love the family suite style rooms for our family of 7. Great value and family friendly activities for the whole family available for no additional charge which is nice with a large family. Pool area was updated and great for kids as well.

United StatesThe dryer didn’t work. It was ok because we only stayed one weekend and didn’t need it. I just tried to wash my towels. It would squeak and heat up but wouldn’t rotate the clothes. I let the staff know .
Just of the main strip but only a few min away from everything. I could put my husband and 4 teens comfortably everywhere. It had a full size fridge and mini kitchen with everything you needed, including dishwasher , stove, and any utensil you needing for cooking or eating.

United StatesThere are only 3 complaints: 1. You need curtains in the rooms. I complained of this in our last stay. As soon as the sun comes up you are unable to sleep due to the sunlight. 2. Our bed, this stay, was very uncomfortable. It was very hard! 3. Building 1 needs elevators. We were in a 2 bedroom condo/suite and carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was tough.
We loved the amount of room we had and the fact that the "master bedroom" was completely separate from the other room. I also love the washer and dryer in the room. It makes coming home so much easier!

United StatesThe room was not clean. The floors in the kitchen were filthy. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been cleaned with tons of what looked like cat hair on the beds. If you need extra of anything in your room, toilet paper included, they charge you for the extra items. The only exception is towels.
The staff was friendly and the location of the property was perfect for the places we visited during our stay.
