Some areas could use some Updating.

The facility was great, could use some upgrades. The staff was friendly and accommodating especially at the front desk. Cara was exceptional, She was professional, friendly, caring and accommodating. It was a pleasure to speak with her, she was attentive to our requests. I would most definitely return to this location hoping to see Cara again. Cara is a representative of Hampton Inn Frederick and a definite asset to your organization!

Access was confusing, mainly because of the many highways/Interstates there. I was not sure where to turn right off of the main street, and the first time I tried, I got on an Interstate south. The restaurant associated with the Hampton was cold. The food was good, but it was quite expensive and service was not good.

I could hear traffic and tub drain stop was laying in tub instead of in drain. Attention to detail is needed.

The Lady in the restaurant on the weekend that I was there with my family. Her name is Elsie I think . You need more of that kind of worker in that facility. She has got all the qualities of a wonderful person: very patient, hard working and respectful. I really appreciated her hospitality during our weekend stay. Please helpmeet to say plenty thanks to her.

Small signage to find entrance to hotel from road. Missed it and took us 1/2hour to try again with gps.

There must have been something up with the P-trap. Room smelled like sewage. Like they took the toilet off and left the drain pipe open. Not sure what the smell was from but it hit you in the face walking into the room. Shower head was also cheap.

Staff was very nice. Lobby was clean and breakfast was good.

Hallways, elevators and common areas showing signs of wear and tear, need refreshed. Not quite as nice as other Hampton Inns we have stayed at.

Coming from the north we found it a bit confusing to make turns to find the hotel's entrance. But this is not the hotels deficiency.

Great, clean, and comfortable facilities. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff person attending the breakfast was very professional and customer oriented!

Not happy with bed covers I like 1 blanket not the duvet No 1 it’s not comfortable I wind up taking my own blanket with me & I travel quite frequently please remove the duvet as I’ve heard so many people complain of same setup . Thanks will be staying with Hampton Inn within the next 2 weeks.

Very sparse. No drinking glasses in the room. No vanity extras like shower caps (despite sign in the bathroom). No restaurant as they said that the bartender was sick. But the front desk staff (Mattie) was very nice.

Did not like having to walk outside the hotel to the bar and restaurant. Was surprised that when asking a member of staff about going on the metro , where it was and parking she said she never had been on it and advised us to look on the internet ! Possibly something that happens in USA that people don't venture far unless in a car . You need a car to be able to access anything locally as right on the edge of the highway.

Good selection at breakfast especially with the hot option. Staff were friendly and helpful in the the bar, restaurant and at reception. The little 'shop' area was handy as we had to buy some wine on the Sunday night as the bar closed at 8pm.

main room was great, clean and comfortable. the bathroom needs makeover. mold on shower ceiling, wall paper coming off all around ceiling. Main entrance is littered with cigarette butts, gives a bad first impression to arriving guest.
