I was hoping for extended stay to be the place I stay 2 days a week since I purchased a home in Lathrop, however i was placed in a room with a dirty tub. Barking dogs and foot traffic all night, I actually was waiting for my room to be broken into!!!

We called to double check that your hotel allowed dogs and we stated that we had 3 tiny dogs. With us and the front desk guest services said that we would be ok to stay with that many dogs. We drove all the way there and when we arrive we tell the manager that we have 3 dogs and we get turned away. Pls update your staff on the rules so people don't waste their time. Not to mention we did mention we were homeless but were still turned away.

The bed was dirty the staff do not change pillow and sheets disgusting I have found other guests things during my stay at my room. Sink was broken bed was really bad And they also doesn’t have what they promise as kitchen and bath stuffs .

* There was a strong smoke odor in the bathroom of my room which was strong and presisent and should've been checked and handled by the service personnel before check-in * Muffins were missing in the breakfast. So, there was essentially no food in the breakfast, except for cereal.

Only one trash can for the whole room. No "Do Not Disturb/Make Room Up" Sign. No Hot water. No Hair dryer. Noise from room just above us so loud/heavy thought plaster would fall in. Later until 12:15 am that night 07/05-07/06.

The room was ready one hour early as we requested. The parking was very convenient.

the grounds were littered with trash and cigarette butts, always someone standing out front of the entrance doors smoking so had to walk through a cloud of smoke, the hallways were very dirty also littered in objects and covered in questionable stains, and would always reek of heavy pot smoke. neighbors were loud and seem to only be loud at night when my family were trying to sleep.. the mattresses were not to nice and the mattress frame seemed to be from a jail cell or something. I did not realize until after our arrival that most of the individuals staying at the property were long time residents, if I would have realized that before then we would have stayed somewhere else.. I wish I had better things to say about this place but I don’t, we are not some snooty high class family.. just normal folks, but we were disappointed..

I still couldn't sign in my XBOX into the WiFi. On the last day, two of the door card locks stopped working and I had to walk the whole length of the building 4 times to load my car.

Check in was quick. The bed, shower, bathroom, kitchen, TV, AC, and lighting were great. They were able to provide a pan and spatula upon request.

My Xbox was not able to connect to the wifi. It detected the signal but could not load the sign in page. This is unusual because I never encountered this problem on past visits. Also I saw a roach in the bathroom.

The location was great. I had an appointment at the medical center down Mowry and Extended Stay was well placed. The bed, bathroom, shower, kitchen, lighting, and TV were great. The Wifi was 66% good.

I booked this hotel specifically so I could save money by cooking my meals since they advertise kitchen, cookware, etc. They didn’t have most of the dishes and pots that I needed. They gave me a few things but no toaster, no coffee makers, not pot to cook rice or boil food, no knives, spoons…..they said the dishes are “subject to availability” basically and they didn’t have any. One day they said they would deliver it to me and when they didn’t I called the front desk and they didn’t know what I was talking about and said they don’t do that. Anyways, without being able to cook defeated the whole purpose.

EVERYTHING else. The room was horrible, looked dingy, old and wasn’t clean. The carpet in the hallway had stains , the hallways smelled horrible (smelled like a mix of food being cooked and bad hygiene).

the ONLY thing good about the property was the employee working the front desk she was so sweet and helpful. Extremely professional and polite.
