Very comfortable and well equipped. Helpful information notes around the house It felt like a proper home. We cooked a meal one night. It was great to have a decent range of kitchen knives and utensils. The house was in a lovely residential area.

Hosts were easy to contact . Plaice was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood had a basketball hoop and playground and was less than 3 miles from historic Franklin - so easy to walk or drive. Property was exactly as pictured in the photos.

Before reaching the property, I was contacted and got the specifications required ✅ The place is in a quiet and nice neighborhood, it seems to be very safe 😌 The apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and soft beds,the kitchen completely full of everything you need 👌 It is close to Nashville,we had a great time downtown,super recommended 👍

I know this is a new property for the owners- but the only thing I wish was different was a bit more furniture in the living room. Everything else was outfitted with cozy charm. The swing on the back porch was a big hit, too.

The location was ideal. The neighborhood was perfect for my son to enjoy walks, and there were several parks close by. It's close driving to everything to Franklin, and a 30 min drive to Nashville. The beds were comfortable and the owners were incredibly gracious & responsive! They helped us even add a day, last minute, to our stay because of Hurricane Ian.

The garage was unusable during the time we were there due to some mechanical issues but we were okay with leaving our car outside because the neighborhood is safe, and there was no threat of hail damage to our rental car at the time we were in town.

Fresh In Franklin is a beautiful, comfortable, and adorable little home. In our party, we had two teens and 1, so we were very comfortable in this home with 3 beds (in 3 bedrooms), and 2 bathrooms. It has a Real Fireplace, beautiful colors and decor, a super fun and relaxing porch swing, and it’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Access to large parks are within walking distance, and shopping is located nearby. The best thing this home has to offer is it’s amazing owners who are exceptionally easy to approach with any questions, they’re helpful, and attentive to any communication you might send to them. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

There were no hand towels hanging in the bathrooms (although I eventually found some folded in a cupboard) and the towels folded on the beds were damp. Also I don’t love microfiber sheets. Last thing, it would have been nice to have good coffee.

This was the cutest little house. Everything looked like it had just been remodeled. Very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe.
