Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe fridge needs baking soda to filter the smell. The chair at the mini dining area was dirty that I can’t use it needs to be cleaned first before they assigned the room to me. The faucet filter in the bathroom needs to be adjusted so it will flow accordingly and not splashing all over the counter.

United StatesThe bed was a bit hard, the carpet was older, and the kitchen was not stocked with utensils and dishes. I had to make a trip to the office for kitchen supplies and coffee maker. Also, the full size refrigerator was a bit loud when it turned on at night.
Staff were nice and were able to meet my requests. The room was okay but nothing fancy. It was pretty clean except for the desk chair and wall sockets.

United StatesHave to go to front desk for room amenities. Shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Front desk was located on other side of building. Bar soap only provided. Plastic cups. Are there issues with guests stealing items. Carpet is older. Some vehicles in parking lot were sketchy. One looks like it had been parked for a long time. Another was full of trash. Is this indicative of the type of guest that stays at the hotel? Or are there sketchy characters hanging around the property? Fridge froze some of our food items. Did not realize til we packed up to go home.
Location. Price. Lots of parking available. Pet friendly. Clean. Liked the size of the fridge. Staff is very friendly.
