The bathroom was a bit small

Great location, very friendly and knowledgeable staff that gave us awesome recommendations around town. Were able to upgrade our family of 4 to a larger room which our teenager really appreciated! Love the hosted happy hour at night and the hotel felt safe and comfortable.

There was no restaurant located within the hotel that was operating so we had to leave the hotel for breakfast options.

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop Garden was such a relaxing area to walk around,take pictures, or read a book,etc.

The wine hour is an incredible feature to have. The staff were attentive towards every need, and had genuine attitudes. They are all hard workers I enjoyed there assistance even if I only stayed for the weekend.

There was some loud construction across the street early in the morning but that’s out of your control.

I loved the drink hour and the staff all told my girlfriend happy birthday(that was the reason for us traveling). The staff were all amazing!

Well someone pulled the fire alarm and that wasn’t fun…although not the fault of any of the staff.

Great location next to BART and close proximity to restaurants. loved the happy hour between 5-6 pm and the staff was wonderful. Rooms look recently redone and lots of space. nice size bathrooms too. Would definitely stay again!!

The only downside was that the bathroom door being somewhat transparent and if one of us had to go to the bathroom, we would wake up the other person.

It was my first time staying with them and the staff made me feel very welcome. Loved the modern interior of the room and how clean it was. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back.

I appreciate the friendly and respectful staff from the lobby upto the people who were serving us during the happy hour, the coffee, free still water , I like the spacious bathroom, the large closet, good & safe location , and the quietness in the hotel possibly they have noise cancellation.

Bit loud in the morning with all the traffic but to be expected when staying downtown in a major city. Wish they had a breakfast meal option.

Location was excellent, right downtown and one block from BART station. Rooms were well decorated and very clean. Hotel staff were exceptional, with special thanks to our front desk attendant Jimmy who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable

The hotel was on a busy corner and the traffic could be quite noisey, even overnight.

The room was well furnished, a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located, with good access to public transport, food and attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

the only thing is the location which you obviously can’t change, it meant your food choices were limited and you had to walk a little further

lovely hotel, great rooms, fabulous staff. we had a wonderful stay at the galleria, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. the five o’clock wine time was also a little treat especially in a city which is so expensive.

The room and bathroom was much much smaller than any pictures. Also, it’s in the financial district and most things are closed on the weekend. However, shopping stores were near and open!

The room was nice and came with a refrigerator. There was a microwave on the 5th floor and water and ice in the 7th. Very close to the BART and busses!

Minor thing - no sockets next to the bed

Location is great, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and so tastefully decorated. It has probably the comfiest beds I ever slept in in a hotel. The staff went out of their way to help and improve my stay. Truly going the extra mile!
