We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe remodelers should have cleaned up their area a little better. Other that that it was a very nice room with lots of room. The night staff was helpful but not so friendly as they were on their cell phones while trying to help.
Aisha was wonderful when we checked in. The room was very clean and updated, however, whoever did the remodel of the bathroom should have sanded some of the wall a little better. Overall one of the best rooms we have stayed in for a while.

The Blu hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location was ideal for visiting the University of Cincy and priced way below others! we thought, therefore, it was going to be a dive, but it was bright, cheerful, very clean and comfortable beds. the best part was the receptionist, Alesha, who was so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. she is what hotel receptionists should all be like- we will certainly go here again and highly recommend!

United StatesFunny smell. it didn’t smell good or bad it was just overpowering like the hotel is owned and ran by someone that is into a lot of scents, perfumes and smells. odd decor like it is owned by a foreigner. I would pick another hotel next time. $189 + taxes for 1 night is clearly taking advantage of a consumer in a Saturday night.

United StatesThe shower nob that you pull up or down to turn the shower off and on looked like it had been welded in the up position so I could not get the shower off. Plus the sink in the other part of the bathroom did not get hot at all.
I love the decorations. I also loved that there was not only 2 Queen sized beds, but there was also a sofa bed so everyone that was with me could actually sleep comfortably on a bed!!

United StatesOur door to get in the room kept getting stuck. The handle was loose but after a couple times had no issues. The parking lot was limited but was able to find a place to park.
The hotel room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The hotel room was very roomy. The hotel is about 17 mins from Kings Island.
