The room was dirty!! Visible stains on the carpet and couch. There was dried urine around the toilet & cracked tile on the bathroom wall. There were two other rooms shown to me & they were in the same if not worse condition. I am highly dissatisfied!! To make things worse, If I cancelled, I was due to pay for the first night of a multiple day stay. Please refund me. Thank you!

Breakfast was terrible. Coffee machine was very slow and seemed to not be working properly. Created huge backup of guests. Cooked food was not kept supplied and seemed under cooked.

The toilet had dry urine on the sides of it and stains on the curtain. The urine on the toilet was very noticeable to myself and those staying in the room.

First and foremost the staff was awesome they did everything to try to take care of your needs.. but the hotel was dirty, carpet stains all over inside room and hall way .. in my room the desk was broke and the whole end piece was set to the side and left in room.. mold in shower and painted over it to hide it, trash can outside in parking lot was full at all times had to set your trash to the side of their can. Dirty ice machine and where it was put in the cubby was marked up and looked awful and dirty. The key cards were not working properly.. had to go to room and desk 3 times before the front desk did a master key to let you in, this happened to several customers, no offers or discount on tickets or things around you and staff had no idea what was in their area to do. Only one desk worker, long lines to get something you needed, but staff handled angry customers well. Only seen housekeeping one time in 4 days, the TV in our room had a volume issue had to turn volume to 100 all the way up and you had to really listen to hear what you were watching. There is a Cafe there but it was not open, cold breakfast that consisted of breakfast muffins and cereal bars or prewrapped cereal bowls.I have pictures of the hotel things that I have mentioned but can not get them on this report ..it only let's me open so far in my camera and I can't get to where they are.

The staff was awesome, they did as much as they could in their power to help you with your needs and apologized when they could not ..

So I had a reservation for June 19th, keep in mind I’m coming from out of town, 20 mins before check in I get a phone call saying that they don’t have a room for me, really so I had to scramble and get a different hotel. I found a true Hilton which was fabulous. Never will I book with this hotel again

For 2 days I lived with ants on the desk in my bed, getting bite. Ants on the air conditioning unit. Bathroom was dirty and gross. Black curly hair all over the floor, urine on the side of the toilet. Nothing was swept. They basically made the beds and put towels out. Dust everywhere once you start looking under and around places that should be cleaned especially in the bathroom. I would honestly like most of my money back.

The one lady who worked day shift I got her name but can’t remember it, something with a c. Very kind and sweet. The lady who handled breakfast was nice. That’s about it

The breakfast was quite disappointing. Cold cheese omelets or sausage patties. Yogurt and a very small selection of tiny muffins/pastries. The bathroom also had some stray dark hairs remaining in the tub before we even used it. That made us wonder how thorough the cleaning really is.

Aside from the dislikes, the price was still reasonable, and there is an effort being made to modernize a clearly old property. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

There were several small items that added up to a less than good experience. Shower: smallest low shower head with low water pressure that I’ve encountered in awhile. I’m only 5’3 but it was a challenge to shower… Room key: EVERY night, the room key did not work on my door when I returned. I have traveled for work for a very long time. It didn’t matter how or where the card key was stored, it did not work. Last, was told due to covid there would be no room cleanings. That is fine with me. Knowing this, I did not go out of my way to secure certain personal property. Last night, return to room only to find door ajar and room cleaned. EXTREMELY unsettling to see your room door ajar when you return to it. Having to check of lost items and feeling insecure. Staff seemed only mildly concerned, at best.

Upon arrival there was an extra $30 fee. The style was unique but our room had a strange smell to it. We had to request clean towels our second night, and trash wash not emptied so it began to overflow onto floor.Not many eating options nearby, and the breakfast had limited options. Outdoor pool was not available for use

Appearance of exterior of hotel was not well kept. Flower pots at entrance to building were full of weeds & no flowers. The view from our room was the outdoor pool. We kept the blinds closed because the pool was disgusting. The water was brown & full of dirt & debris. We were not told at check in hours for breakfast & assumed it was the weekend breakfast would be served until 10am. Nothing was open when we went down at 9:50am for breakfast

My room was nice, but the carpet looks like it could have used a good cleaning and there was a hair on my pillow. Just do a little better with the fine details of cleaning.

There is currently construction going on right out front so at night it is a bit difficult to get to. Also, the breakfast doesn’t have a great variety. Our bathroom had paint bubbles from moisture.

I liked that it was 15 minutes away from kings island and had plenty of locations around to eat at. The staff was nice and the rooms were comfortable and larger than expected.
