We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe manager was a suspicious grump. I went to throw trash away and he accusingly asked me where I went. I had asked if my friend could park there while we went to a concert. The girl at front desk said no initially. Then she told me that the manager said we could, for 40$. Perfect!!! But it had to be in cash, again ok. But when I started to walk over to him to give it to him, he angrily told it was 40$, not 20$. I had the bills rolled up! He was very grumpy and distrustful. There was no reason to be at all. Just very rude.
It was clean, centrally located, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Girl at front desk was super sweet and helpful. Her English wasn’t great but we figured it out.

United StatesThe staff were not welcoming. There was a hole in our wall that was patched up with a paper towel. Our bedsheets were not soft and did not feel clean. The bidet did not work and after being told we could have a late check out - they told us, on the morning of, that we'd be fined if we didn't leave before 11:30. Also, it's a motel and it doesn't say that in the description.
I appreciated the location of this hotel.

MexicoUSELESS WIFI! soo slow, almost nonexistent. The hotel needs a serious upgrade, lacks of electric plugs, lighting switches failed, bed was a bit hard but fortunately it was comfortable (didn't wake up with aching body), pillows were no so comfy. No elevator, I arrived very tired with pain in my legs so going to 2nd floor carrying my things was a nightmare. Night shift staff was very nice but they had problems with the credit card since they were not familiar with a "combination card", they didn't know how to proceed with it, even when we advised them several times how to proceed with the payment we were ignored and lost time in the checking in process.
The price was fair enough for being a very safe place, booked to attend a festival at the Rosebowl and it seemed that most of the guests that stayed there were attending too. Loved the neighborhood: quiet, familiar environment and clean streets. Room was very clean, bedclothes and bathroom too.
