Everything if you decide to stay an extra day they charge 20 cash ( only cash…and won’t give u no receipt) for the 3 hours in between checkout and check in (11-2). TVs have no cable no nothing. The rooms have ants horrible place to stay. Stay at your own risk

Room was dirty. Had hair and stains on the bedsheets and pillow. Toilet was dirty as well. There were ants on the floor and bed. We asked to switch rooms and they gave us a second room which was decent at best.

The woman in the office is very rude. I didn't stay this day but have stayed in the past. It's not the cleanest place. I only go for the jacuzzi tub because they have it for the cheapest around. You get what you pay for.

The wifi is bad, there is no cabinet in the room, neither refrigerator or microwave, I can hear the voices from the nearby room.

The price is low compared with the local hotels around, room is big, parking is free.

Besides Night stands surface skin off, missing a smoke detector with wire hanging, toilet isn't tied down and moving and found small bugs at the sink , I found there is mold at ceiling of bathroom. Its good thing that I only stayed one night.

If I have to say one thing, Only the comfort of mattress & blanket.

The first room I was given was horrible! I didn't feel comfortable there was tagging and broken items, holes in the doors and walls, so I asked for a new room and immediately got a much nicer room that was totally up to standards except there was only 1 channel on the TV. no cable at all. Disappointing especially since I went there to relax. But it was clean, decent bed for the money.Bring your own USB port & cord.

Easy check-in, check-out process. Quiet area close to shops, food, convenient stores.

Nothing, I want a refund as we didn't even stay the night, it was a scary experience, possible sex trafficking location with very shady people going into 3 different rooms with young girls dressed like prostitutes. We drove home rather than spend the night, also the TV wouldn't work, we had to keep positioning the antenna to even get a screen, it was a horrible experience , all the fancy stuff on the toilet didn't work, total dump..looks NOTHING like the pictures on booking.com and it's also under construction and there is no jacuzzi like it said

Dated furnishings. wifi so slow it is unusable. limited breakfast. but mostly horrible staff. I asked them beforehand if they could hold a package for me if I have it shipped there. they said no problem. the day of our checkin the ups guy comes to the hotel,. the clerk tells him no such person is staying at the hotel and turns him back. Package goes back to sender. result; I waste over 130$ in cost of shipping and return (valuable items), I waste tons of time and face terrible stress. We travel and spend every night in a different place so imagine the logistics of trying to have that package sent again to another hotel somewhere down the road. It’s super tricky to plan. And all because one guy couldn’t be bothered to do his job. when I confronted him about it he made up different lies to cover his tracks. and offered absolutely no compensation so I’ll be talking to my credit card company about a chargeback.I wouldn’t trust their staff with anything so if you stay there be careful because they’re sketchy and unreliable. I have proof of everything i wrote here about the package in writing if anyone needs it. I have sent packages to many hotels all over the us and never such horrible disrespectful behavior. Beware.

There was nothing that went wrong. It was a very nice stay for the cost of the room.

The price was right for the large room and great accommodations. The parking was excellent and very close to the room as well. The jacuzzi was especially nice.

The day of extending my booking for 5 days the hotel told me they did not want to honor the booking. I had to leave ALL of my belongings and left with only the clothes on my back because I had to wait for booking.com to refund my payment and I did not have enough money to go to another hotel. NOW I HAVE NO CLOTHES, NO SHOES EXCEPT WHAT I WORE WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE HOTEL. THIS HOTEL OWES ME MONEY NOW FOR THE THINGS I HAD TO LEAVE BEHIND.

location, WiFi, room was not nice. So Noisy!!

For what they charge, it's a shame. They have only one HBO channel and the rest is only Asian TV. The WIFI? I think they still use dial up. It took almost 15mins to be able to watch a movie on my computer. Again, it was like going back to dial up and AOL. This place is great for booty calls or if your partner kicks you out for a night or two. Not long term and not if your think you'll be doing some sort of business while in your room. Think again. The cleaning staff was very nice. They checked on me even if I didn't ask for daily service. I stayed at the Garden Inn for 7days! :/

The place just felt small and dark and dirty. It’s on a busy street so there is lots of noise. No outlets in the room. The soap and other amenities were poor quality. Not worth it for what I paid.
