We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI failed to see when I booked the room that the whole property is pet-friendly. The Hilton told us they do try to keep the 1 st floor to pet area. Our room was located on the 3rd floor. The room furniture was covered in dog hair.
We was at a conference located at the Cadence conference hall. It was so convenient.

United StatesThe bed was hitting the wall every time I moved we had to put a towel behind it. The refrigerator was making humming noise we had to unplug it. the heat didn’t work when it was below 50 F outside and we had the room setup for 73 and still blows cold air. Breakfast advertised on booking for $11ish but the hotel will charge $9.99 for continental and if you want eggs you have to pay $15 per person. overpriced and way less value for the money.

United StatesThe fact that over a three day stay, I had to go to the front desk every day, extra towels, more toilet paper, more Kleenex for the room. I’ve learned from previous stays at The Hilton Garden that I need to bring my own Kurig pods, they will only give you two extra at the front desk. I find it very disappointing that a “Hilton” would be this cheap. I paid for three people in our room, two cups of coffee each and they will only give two extra a day per room. I would pay more for a room with daily maid service, if only to change towels, trash and refill necessities, not making the bed…I can do.
The breakfast food was amazing. I could tell it was cooked with intention, the intention of southern friendliness and charm. The staff in the restaurant were above and beyond with friendliness from the second we approach through the last second when we departed. They made us, a family of five from age nine to 65, feel like we were the only customers they we’re going to have all day and that they were going to do everything to make us happy. And they did.

United StatesThe staff took over 20 minutes to get me and my wife checked in because no one was at the front desk, then the hot tub was out of order and online it says nothing about it being out of order, which was the biggest reason why I chose the Hilton because it was me and my wife's Anniversary so i am not happy about that. The room was dirty, the fridge leaked and was rotting the cabinet, the front desk would not answer the phone when we needed something which is totally unacceptable, also they said we had to pay for breakfast even though I paid $450 for 2 nights I just can't understand why they did us this way, I mean not even a military discount? I have been in the military for 11 years and I have been in foreign countries that had better hospitality than what the Hilton had to offer! It's just absolutely disgusting to me.
The location was perfect and that was it.

The fact that housekeeping didn't come unless asked wasn't explained and when we asked about it, we were shown a sign on the wall...in small print. Twice in 3 days we went for coffee in the lobby and it was empty. We had to go to the desk to tell them.
