We jokingly told the front desk the lace was a 5 star in our book. However, a nice soup bean and cornbread dinner would be the cherry on top.

We Just checked out yesterday. My friend and I visited for our annual girls trip. We couldn’t have been more pleased with this motel. The location is perfect! Close to everything! And the shuttle line if you need it. The welcoming ambiance and home like feel was of the motel is so inviting. Every single employee we encountered was focused on us and making sure our stay was comfortable. They didn’t simply walk by and say, hi! They always said hello and asked “can I help you with anything”, while simultaneously stepping in to assist. Our room was just perfect with the balcony that allowed us to relax and still see what was going on around us. The beds were so comfy too. And the daily breakfast served is amazing! Love the bacon! This was our first stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. It was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend.

Our naighbor had a firealarm that needed new batteries in the middle of the night, and that was a newsence, as they could not or did not turn it of, I was awake for several hours.

Located on Gaitlinburg main street, close to everything, and with privatparking on-site, a big bonus in Gaitlinburg. We had a balcony (with rockingchairs) facing the parkinglot and backside of the main street, and had hoped for less noice, but we had the haunted house just next to us, with a welcom melody with no variation, you quickly grow tired of that. Rooms are not big, but enough for a coupple of days. Breakfirst was ok. The hotel is oldfashion - but charming.

No refrigerators in rooms for cold drinks but we bought a cooler and took care of that item.

Location was great as we could easily walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. We lived the history of the building and had a great view from our balcony.

Historic nature of property

The only issue we had was the floor in the breakfast room made it difficult to slide your chair in and out. The staff, as they were cleaning up a large mess I had made, told us the floor would be replaced later this or very early next year.

Staff was Very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Location was right in the middle of Gatlinburg and in walking distance to almost everything. It being a historic Inn and an old (very well cared for) building was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be staying there again.

Everything was wonderful. The rocking chairs at the front with the fireplace to the rocking chairs on our balcony were wonderful. The breakfast was a hit, very wonderful food and the friendly staff. Everything was so clean, and the decor was excellent. We will be staying here again. we love Gatlinburg.

Always remember the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbor’s conversation.
