The place said inn but it’s definitely a motel

The room had a really bad order , at a certain time a funky smell would come from the bathroom smelled like it was coming from the shower ‘ it was brown stuff on the toilet seat when I 1st came in , I had to clean the bathroom again myself! I was so uncomfortable

The new construction was poorly finished. The lights don’t work well. The TV remotes don’t respond well to the TV. The TV channels are very limited. There are no microwaves in the rooms. I do not see an ice machine. The staff does not clean the room daily nor restock towels. The bed sheets are pitiful with no true duvet. Just a cheap throw sandwiched between two thin white low thread count cheap sheets. There are no fitted sheets to protect the mattress. The refrigerators are small, not cleaned properly, and do not refrigerate quick enough. The floors have a nasty overused mop water smell. The a/c units need to be serviced and cleaned. The couches need to be replaced. The “deluxe” room has worse seating than the standard room. The bathroom mirror needs to be replaced.

The property was upgraded at some point within the last few years.

As soon as we got to the room, the smell of tobacco was very strong. We thought it was going to go away, but it didn't. It's a non-smoking room, and it was still strong all night. Having a child. That's the last thing I want him to be smelling.

The area was nice and close to a lot of things. Close to freeways. Room was confortable and what we expected.

Staff already new my room did not had electricity in the bathroom and TV wall area . They were not surprised when I told them and directly told me to ask my reservation system ask discount . They could nlt authorize it directly.

let me begin by stating they advertise as an inn/and suite. this is not the case! they are clearly a motel!! The TV in the room continued to have problems our whole trip. The bed linen specifically pillow cases were clearly worn out (thank fully I travel with my own pillow) the number of towels in the room were in adequate for a double room no wash clothes provided (again brought our own) shampoo conditioner body wash dispenser was empty (again brought our own) The final straw was the heater making a horrendous noise while in use, literally had to choose between restful sleep and warmth. when complaints were made we were offered a room change to a king with pullout for additional fee since the MOTEL was sold out.

the room was very nicely decorated. the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
