The breakfast was just a coffee. For the price that wasn’t worth it. Pillows were a bit hard.

Nice location close to everything like the Galleria which is within walking distance. Staff were easy to work with, we lost something and they took care of it. Housekeeping did a great job.

We had no hot water on the 3rd day. The remote control didn’t work on the tv & when it did decide to work there was no way to see a channel guide. The bathroom doors has black fingerprints on the white door. The shower drain is slow so you stand in a puddle of water. The reading lights on the bed don’t work.

We could hear the neighbors at all hours in the night. The walls are thin. The neighbors were noisy. I don't think we'll be staying there again.

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was greatly lacking. A bowl of cereal from a dispenser that doesn't work is very disappointing. No hot breakfast, ne eggs, no bacon, no toast, just no nothing. Thus, we never returned to the lobby for breakfast. We had to go elsewhere every day. The ironing board was a fight every morning. Lastly, the front desk employees had zero interest in guest, you can tell they had no great joy in their jobs.

Location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Room was clean and spacious.

Cigarette burns in our blanket (not from us). No in-between for blinds. Either black out dark or room is visible to everyone.

the room was next to the laundry room you could hear the water running through the pipes all night, and the people upstairs were having sex all night and didn't let us sleep because of the noise..

First thing I noticed when we got into our room Bathroom was dirty and I didn’t have any towels or a fridge in my room as I was told I would… I was supposed to have a jacuzzi in my room according to booking.com but when I got there they told me they don’t even have a jacuzzi in the type of room I booked, I showed them my booking details and they said their system showed them something completely different, and if I wanted a jacuzzi I would have to pay extra to upgrade my room, when according to my itinerary I already paid for the jacuzzi… lastly police were there almost everyday, for our 10 day stay…. There was a policy about no smoking but our sheets had cigarette burns in them lol

We were supposed to have access to the pool and fitness room all day, and early evening, but they were locked every time we checked. They looked nice, though. Really a motel, not a hotel. Could have had continental breakfast.

Clean, decent, room. Didn't run us out at 11 a.m. Good parking lot. Able to park right by the door. Free coffee and tea all day in coffee shop area. Seemed safe and secure. Nice looking pool and fitness center, if they are open.

Didn't like how at the time of booking, I was promised breakfast at the Hotel, but once there all they had for breakfast was a coffee from a machine. Another upset was the parking, I was promised parking in the hotel, but never was it mentioned online that I had to pay for it.

The location is pretty good, that part of Glendale, along Colorado blvd is pretty safe. It's also quite convenient and with little traffic, Highway 5 is accessible in 2 minutes. Rooms were clean, beds were pretty comfortable and service was consistent.

we woke a little last and running behind, not my much. i take full responsibility, and we swiftly packed, even cleaned and tided the space and left promptly. we were gone only 10 mins after agreed upon check-out. again, our fault. but i felt a bit snubbed by the staff. a gentleman knocked aggressively on the door prior to check out and his body language was cold, angry. essentially telling me (first warning) we needed to leave. we still had 10 mins left. i found this a little odd. we are quiet, simple, easy going normal folk. i was confused by this hostility. perhaps he had mistake us for some rambunctious 20 something crackheads. lol who knows. anyway, it's all good though. 5 stars amazing hotel 🙏🏻

i love the the beautiful, relaxing and private rooms. phenomenal hotel, I suspect underrated.

around 5-5.30 am a random Chinese guy was knocking on the door of our room; we understood that he was drunk but he had already disturbed our sleep. The most worrying is that the reception of the hotel did not have knowledge of the incident and it didn't prevent the guy from knocking on other guests’ room doors.
