The hotel is not far from downtown and many local attractions but there is virtually nothing walking distance

The room was very nice, modern looking, ample, very nice bathroom, nice desk to work etc; breakfast was good, staff very nice. I used the pool once, very nice, indoor but with outdoor windows, adequate dice, clean and nice. The free parking is much appreciated too

at this point I would be horribly nitpicky, there is literally zero downside to staying here.

Everything went well. It is a beautiful hotel with a staff that genuinely loves their jobs. They are dedicated to making each guest feel pampered. It isn't magic. They aren't miracle workers. Don't come with too high an expectation. It is a functional hotel. But there is no reason to be afraid or skeptical. It is all on the up and up and the guests are honest tourists and vacationers, hard-working migrating construction professionals among artists who come into the area to play live shows. Everyone is noise respectful and keeps to themselves since many here work a lifestyle like myself where we cannot forego sleep to stay healthy both mentally and physically. It is not a party hotel.

No entryway to leave shoes. Door opens right to bed. The bathroom door had no lock and no privacy.

Minor hiccup with reservation but that was likely on bookings end, not hotel. Also gym was set to 78 and locked. Kinda warm for sweating througha workout....

It would have been nice to have more towels stocked in the bathroom. When our room was cleaned on our second day the staff only left us with only one towel, and there were two of us! We could have called down but unfortunately we realized there was only one towel once done showering. It definitely wasn’t convenient!

The hotel was incredibly clean. The staff were kind and the volume level within the hotel was good. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I’d return!

Nothing really except we were on 2nd floor by ice machine. Since floors are hard surface you can really hear people upstairs. I’d stay on top floor next time. One morning breakfast potatoes were not thoroughly cooked. All minor issues

The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good with lots of options, especially the pancake maker - loved by kids!! Staff was very nice and responsive. Great location and we got a great deal on 3 nights. We didn’t use pool, but all very nice.

I didn't appreciate being charged for an extra day. I was advised that I could expect a refund within the next 7-10 days. Needless to say, that caused an inconvenience as a single mother of five children living on a tight budget.

The cleanliness of the room, accommodation such as the availability of the pool and gym. Lastly, the breakfast bar served every morning was certainly a plus.

It was very loud and you can hear people all around you. It was hard to sleep with people stomping around above and beside us all night. Other than that it was wonderful.
