The overall facility was dirty. The elevator was disgusting and smelled of urine. Everything and everywhere (outside of my room) looked like it hadn't been swept, mopped or wiped in years.

The room appeared to have been recently remodeled with new paint, fixtures, furniture and bed. It had a bathtub, which I appreciate because sometimes I prefer to just soak in a tub full of water.

Kids running up & down the halls all night, along with people sitting outside our room visiting, laughing and being loud. Had to call the front desk twice and finally at almost 3 am it started to quite down. Cars on blocks in parking lot, felt like many “guests” were living there not just traveling through. TV didn’t work properly, all channels were fuzzy and could barely see what was on the screen.

Room was very messy. Stains on counters, top of fridge, bathroom tub, and bathroom counters. Lots of loose hairs from the people who were probably used this room before me. I had to not shower for 2 days since the tub was disgusting. Very disappointing experience.

Refrigerator didn’t work The fan in the bathroom didn’t work right and the steam from the shower set off the carbon monoxide detector. The tv information was in Spanish and the channels offered weren’t very good. After a shower the whole floor was wet cuz the curtain doesn’t cover well. No way to hold the door opened when bring your stuff in. Doors are really heavy too.

Was charged twice and given blank stare bs. response from staff and told the manager is only here a few days a week and no one else could help me whatsoever. So they advised me to come back three days later and resolve the issue.

There was something i was not happy about. My family and I were so excited to go to San Francisco to visit to go to a wedding so we ended doing reservations in Fremont because the wedding was close to there. We drove all the way from L.A. and got at the hotel at 4am and was told we couldn't reserve in so we ended sleeping in the truck from 3hours with our 2 little ones which really sucked& uncomfortable. The guy there told me I needed to come back at 7am,so I did come back at 7am and he gave me the key, when we entered the room was a mess, everything was dirty, the bed was a mess the bathroom and was food all over and beer cans. So my family and I ended up going back stairs so I could speak to the person that gave me the key ,which by the way the last person or person's that was at the room had left their key in there too,I was glad no one was in there when we entered. So I went down stairs and the guy that gave me the key had left his shift so there was a new person and he was so nice and polite saying sorry to me. It was the other guy that was giving like a bad attitude to me for some reason. But I'm so happy that the next person that started his shift was really nice and polite and helpful he gave me a new room and it was much better. So at the beginning everything was bad but then everything was good.

The hotel is nice and inside is nice too when everything is clean. I like the pool area for the kids, we didn't go in the pool because we were so tired and want it to rest because we drove 7 hours and the next day was my cousins wedding. There's one employee that was really nice, I didn't ask for his name but when we went back down around 7:20am he was there on a Friday morning when we got there. He was such a help and really nice to me, good attitude.

Bad smell in the room, stained sheets and a literal rat was in the room. Called the front desk about the rat issue twice and no one came up to get it out.. Horrible
