Location was a little shabby with a nude bar down the street and the handicap rooms were on the back of the hotel so I had to push my husband in his wheel chair around the building.

Rooms were spacious, very clean and bed and pillows were super comfy. They also provided a nice breakfast.

In my 1st floor room, I could hear. Someone walking back-and-forth heavily Upstairs but this seems unavoidable

Despite the room being clean, it had a mildewy smell. The heater/fan even on low is excessively noisy, so we left it off at night, making the room stuffy. The refrigerator also made noise whenever the compressor came on. There is an unusual sheet metal wrap around the base of the bed that makes noise when you get in or out and that we regularly stubbed our toes on. I would not recommend walking between the motel and Old Town despite the relatively short distance (less than a mile) as there was broken glass and trash everywhere, and we encountered a situation mid afternoon with people shouting obscenities at one another.

The location is convenient relative to both the airport and Old Town. The price was reasonable and the room appeared recently remodeled. The breakfast was better than expected, with fresh fruit.

I wouldn't say that the staff were especially welcoming/friendly. We didn't get any complimentary bottled water in our room, not sure if we were supposed to use tap water for our complimentary coffee?

We liked that this place was recently renovated. Our room had a modern look, albeit we could see traces of the old decor, especially in the bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to see that hot breakfast was served instead of the usual continental fare that you get at this type of accommodation.

The beds were comfortable and there's a fridge and microwave.

The room was clean and comfortable. A little small but well kept. For the price point in this area it's a great deal. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews so I asked to see the room first. It was nice. The worst thing, like I read in the previous reviews was the metal under the bed that will make you jump out of your skin the first couple times you hit it with your foot. It sounds like the gong show from years ago!🤣

The area around the place was not like the picture but it was 12 min ride for everything so it was ok getting pass it. But the a/c was not working the best the room kept feeling stuffy .

The cafeteria is too small and a little overcrowded during breakfast.

The room was clean and looked majorely renovated. All the furniture was in good condition. Toiletries, towels, paper towels, tea, and coffee were provided in sufficient quantity. The room has a TV, small fridge, coffeemaker, microwave oven, iron, and hairdryer. We didn't hear any outside noises during our stay.

I have reserved room week before arrival and ask about first floor room but my request was not count. Elevator, when you have room far away doesn't help at all.
