The views of the lake were stunning. The facility was immaculate, and beautifully decorated for the fall season. The staff were all extraordinarily pleasant. This place was an absolute GEM!!!

The air conditioner didn't seem to be able to help with the humidity in the room and was somewhat cold. We turned it off for about an hour since it was cool outside as well and when I turned it back on a while before going to bed it seemed like it was working better?.?.? Also the bed was supposed to be a queen size and it looked more like a full size to us. We weren't exactly cramped in the bed so not sure considering we have a queen size at home; bed was pretty comfy.

Love the location and layout of the property. The apartment was quite nice in size and layout and the bathroom huge compared to what I typically see in hotels/resorts. The maintenance person happened to come around as we were trying to get into the room because the key wasn't opening the door. He tried several times as well and even tried his master key and it was stuck until finally giving pushes on the door and something freed up and was fine after that. He was very nice and cordial during the process.

The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented in a lovely dining hall overlooking the water and grounds. The landscaping is gorgeous! The water and ability to sit on the pier was so relaxing. The only thing I would rate as not top-notch was the cabin we stayed in. Not much room. It was very clean and adequate, but compared to everything else, it was not as good. I would go back anytime I got a chance. We found all of the people in Wisconsin extremely friendly. You have a beautiful state!!!

We stayed in the hotel and were able to hear the people in the room next to us. It made us wonder how much of what we said they could here. The room was not very soundproof. One of the reasons we booked here was because there is a restaurant on the grounds. We were very disappointed to learn that it would be closed for two of the three days we were there. I didn't like that you had to go outside to the soda machine and ice maker. Very inconvenient.

The lake was practically right out of our back door. We were able to sit on our little patio and enjoy the evening. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a little something new each day. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The view from our lodge room was beautiful. You can experience gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The mid-century vibe was cool. The bicycle and watercraft amenities were a nice opportunity to enjoy the bay.

We were here for our honeymoon 55 years ago. We were back about 18 years ago, and 13 years ago. The cabins were wonderful, the trail side units with kitchens were very nice. The trails were enjoyable.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything! So many amenities included, like bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, a beach, pool, breakfast, hiking trails and lakefront. The staff was awesome especially the clerk at check in.
